Pros Central location Price Cons Quite run down Lift buttons broke so if you stay in certain floors you can only use one lift Showerroom is tiny!! With sink outside in sleeping area! So you have to come outside the bathroom to wash hands. Brush teeth etc.. Old bed - felt like it was about to fall apart! Old curtain pole is literally hanging off the wall! Very noisy until late on! Was woke numerous times by laughing and shouting in halls. Walls are so thin it feels like they are in the room with you! 3 doormen on door checking names and keycards when we arrived back in the evening- gives it a bar feel rather than hotel! It felt very rough!
One night stay to see the three amigos and the waterfront which I can say once again was a brilliant night. The hotel was very good once again as this was our second visit. The receptionist was great in booking us in and very friendly. the room was very clean and tidy and sleep very good and warm room. breakfast was exceptional once again and great value for the money.
Had a great stay. Clean. Rooms spacious. Staff friendly and helpful. Location is perfect in middle of centre. Close to SSE arena, shopping centre, bars & restaurants. Was able to hold our luggage whilst we went to explore Belfast.
Highly recommend this hotel. Rooms spacious and comfortable. Staff helpful & friendly. Breakfast was amazing & a special shout out to Magda the waitress & Patric the chef. Only downside was that the bar in this Premier Inn shuts at 11pm & there is no residents bar. On the upside it is so central there are bars & restaurants right beside it.
Lovely friendly staff at breakfast, food delicious and would like to thank Magda the waitress and Patric the chef. Its a pity the bar closed so early the previous evening. Would have stayed there for drinks after the theatre show as other bars were very busy.
We spent one night here to facilitate an evening appointment at Kingsbridge Clinic. The hotel itself has everything you need for an overnight stay and beyond. The mattress is still superior to those in 5 star hotels and the shower is easy to work and there is always loads of hot water. The manager of the hotel made the highlight of our experience, though. As we had tried unsuccessfully to book a taxi to our appointment, she stepped in and kindly offered to take us there as she was going home that way. Without her assistance we would certainly have missed our appointment. Unfortunately we do not have her name, but a big thank you to her!
I always stay in the premier inns around the uk for work and leisure , but this time was a little different as the 8th morning I was woke up by a man at the door with a working / sniffer dog looking to let the dog into my hotel room , but he quickly pulled the dog back when he realised I was there , I find this very uncomfortable that if I wasn’t in the room the dog would have been able to go in and search my facilities without my permission and also is an invasion of privacy , there was nothing to find in my room as the fella quickly found out , but I find it very unacceptable that this was to happen and has put me off staying at premier inn again due to an invasion of privacy and trust .
Staff very friendly, welcoming and helpful. Location great.!! We had breakfast and Dinner, both very good. We have stayed here on a few occasions, rooms clean and tidy. No Issues. One small issue this time which did not detract from our stay .We returned to our roon approx 11.30pm and a band was playing in the proximity and we were unable to get to sleep until they finnished. If you are a family with young kids and want an early night I know there are quieter rooms you may be safer asking. Otherwise enjoy.
Room was spacious and had everything I needed. Breakfast was adequate though could have been a little more choice on the continental range. The hotel was located approx 10 mins walk from our workplace and was even closer to a good range of restaurants and bars.
Great value. Large room that was clean and tidy. Would stay again. In the heart of Belfast. Slept really well. Got checked in quickly and check out quickly. No issues to report. I will be returning to Belfast again next month and will book in to this hotel again
