Travelers' Choice
At Bullitt, we shoot from the hip. Our no-nonsense philosophy means we’ve ditched the expensive mini-bars, bellboys and butlers so that we can deliver a top-quality service with no hidden costs. That means stylish, comfy rooms; fresh, local food; delicious drinks and an eclectic events calendar, all in the heart of Belfast city centre. Check in from 3pm and check out our outrageously comfortable king size beds, refreshing rain showers, super-fast Wi-Fi and seriously-smart TVs. Then we’re all yours until 12pm on the day you decide to leave us. Wake up to one of our 'on the house', daily Grub to Go bags, filled with OJ, a granola pot, and a piece of fruit to kick-start your morning. Got a bigger gap to fill? Head down to Taylor & Clay where there are a range of tasty breakfast treats on the menu. We’re so much more than just a bed for the night. We have everything you need to eat, drink, work and play, so don’t love us and leave us, stick around and cuddle for a while. Head down to one of our three bars, our smokin' in house restaurant Taylor & Clay and maybe even grab a caffeine hit in our Espresso bar.

We've stayed here about 3 years ago and thought it was ok but unfortunately its going backwards. We arrived and went straight to reception to check in. Immediately noticed that there was an odd smell in the foyer. The lady was very blunt to say the least. I asked if we could have room 315 as we'd stayed there before and knew it was quiet, she bluntly said 'you're in 314' and handed me the key cards. When we went up to 314, it was right beside the lift but also wrapped around the lift shaft so you could hear the lifts moving when in room. I went straightback 2 reception to change room. Same lady was busy so another guy sat down at reception. He didnt say anything, just looked at me and raised his eyes as if, whats up. When I told him about the issue, he took down his facemask and just said bluntly 'say that again' so i told him the issue again, then without speaking he just started looking at his screen, after about 30secs of silence I said that we'd be happy to take room 315 if available, to which he barked 'im checking' and again silence. I shook my head and laughed at this point. After more silence he finally handed over another keycard with 315 written on paper cover, but didnt speak or even look at me....unbelievable behaviour. This hotel used to give breakfast bags in the morning and free bottle of water, all stopped now, they give u milk for the fridge and thats it. Before heading out for evening, we asked lady at reception to send up and iron, we were in room for about and hour getting ready but iron never arrived. When we got back at night I bought a bottle of water at reception....£2.50 for a bottle of river rock, that they used 2 give out free. Ridiculous. Also, drinks prices in bar were scandalous...cheapest pint is £5.50 for Bullitt lager which is rotten hoppy p*ss tbh. CANS start about £4.80 and go up to over £6....for a can of beer....madness. Complete rip off and again service is so shoddy. Took 3 different card machines before they could get my contactless to work....worked everywhere else in Belfast no issue. We had 1 drink in bar and went elsewhere. Smell was still quite noticeable too. In summary, this place has gone 2 the dogs and ill never be near it again. Service was so bad we ended up having a good laugh about it

Absolutely fantastic hotel. Service, food and hospitality was amazing. Highly recommend this hotel and will definitely be back. Karen, James and callum were great. Didn’t get to see the roof terrace as it is closed on Monday/Tuesday so next time we’ll make a point of seeing it in full swing. Brilliant place and people 👍👍👍

Really enjoyed my stay at the Bullit. At check in, the comedian Jimmy Carr checked in beside us. If it's good enough for him, it's good enough for us. Really liked the small quirks like the lift voice being set to a Belfast fella saying things like "2nd floor so it is". Just a nice touch.. In terms of the room, really modern and contemporary. The bed was very comfortable and the shower was great. Also immaculately clean even right down to the tiles in the bathroom (nothing worse than dirty grout between tiles). They have sky TV in the room with sports as well (a nice bonus for the men whilst waiting for their better halves to get ready). They have a discounted rate if you are driving of £9 in Victoria Square carpark which was very reasonable. It's a 2 minute walk away and the location is literally bang in the centre. You could easily miss the hotel though as you need to walk through an arch to get to it. Check out was smooth and, all in all, an excellent stay. Would 100% recommend staying here and I'm sure I'll be back again very soon.

Just back from a night away in Belfast. From the first call with Caroline to give me ideas to do with the young lad to check in. The girl on the reception an excellent staff member so polite and helpful gave us loads of ideas to do things and in the end he chose the cinema. Dinner in the restaurant was excellent, we had no booking but the manager was so helpful and moved things around for us in order to facilitate us. We had an amazing meal. The two waitresses done an excellent job. Breakfast the next morning was superb too. The one stand alone thing for this hotel is that every single member of staff acknowledged my son and interacted with him. Not to often you get this. Excellent hotel all round. Bullitt hotel you where amazing and will be back soon.

Must be the slowest service in any bar in Belfast! Not enough staff, got that bored waiting was ready to leave whenever my drink eventually arrived. Had one drink and left his life is too short to wait on anymore.
