Great stay as you would expect from any Premier Inn. COVID, feeling quite safe and hope the team here will keep encouraging the importance of having a mask on in all public areas. Attentive service from all reception staff, especially from Ewelin who went beyond her duties to deliver a great customer service. Thank you all!
Checked in for 3 nights and everything was fine. Room clean, any requests catered to. But what made our stay was Scott at the front desk. Always smiling and friendly, very welcoming and warming. Because of him we extended our stay, and because of him we will be back.
Had a 2 night stay as unable to stay with family due to Covid restrictions but always choose Premier Inn for stays away from home. Conveniently situated in town centre 10 minute walk from train station. Was assisted on my arrival as the check-in computer had crashed but the member of staff was very helpful. Room was clean and tidy as usual, A/C is always a bit warm but individual tastes vary. Didn't use the restaurant for breakfast but a lively stay as usual and would always use Premier Inn when possible.
Second visit to this hotel and now remember how uncomfortable my first night stay was. There is something wrong with the room temp - even when the air con setting is switched off. One minute it’s freezing cold, then half hour later it’s too hot. Unfortunately affected my sleep on both occasions. Plus the beds are not your usual Premier Inn beds that are usually amazing. Seems to be some old Divan and not the usual spec
A group of us booked three rooms for a one-night stay over the August bank holiday. The price was great, the rooms were good and the reception staff were welcoming. It's well-located for Maidenhead's unexciting town centre, and makes a good base for visiting Bray, Cookham, Henley and Windsor. One of us had breakfast and reported that it was good.
