We have stayed at the hotel previously but the room we were in this time was very disappointing. The wallpaper was literally scrapped off the walls in places, the windows allowed the cold outside free entry and did not keep the noise out. Everything in...More

Hi there,
We our located on the outskirts of the city centre in Jesmond. Jesmond is a lovely residential area with a park, bars, restaurants and boutique shops. We have a metro train that takes you straight into the city centre in around 2-4 mins. West Jesmond Metro Station is a 5 minute walk from the hotel. Or it is a 30 minute walk from the city centre to us.
Let us know if you have any further questions!

There is parking behind the hotel. It can be full up on certain nights of the week, since there is a restaurant in the hotel called Scalini's (which I can recommend, by the way...) and, obviously, locals come there to dine and bring their cars, which they sometimes park round the back. If there isn't any space round the back, the staff have, in my experience, been helpful in helping you to find alternative parking elsewhere.
