I had something important to do the day after my first night and the fire alarm went off it started at 11:30 and didn’t end til around 1:30 I was knackered getting up the next morning I didn’t receive any kind of refund or anything for this the second night I then order my tea, and someone else took it after telling security and the bar lady spoke to me and my partner really rude showed no respect, told me oh well just re order after I had already paid for it.

The stars of the show for me, has to be the two ladies doing the night shift. Pretty sure it was Michelle & Natalie, when you walk into a hotel reception at around 10:30pm your lucky to see any one !!! These two ladies where happy, chatting, asking me about my night, if I needed anything, had I booked breakfast, had I stayed before, etc. Good to see Travelodge 😀

Excellent location, loads of pubs and restaurants within half a mile. The upgraded room was a bit disappointing, the bathroom was quite small. The breakfast buffet is very good but the strength of this place are the staff. We had some heating issues but the management team, I think called Holly and Dean saved the day. Without their intervention this review would have been very different! Would highly recommend this hotel knowing that any problems possibly encountered would be dealt with in a professional manner.

Great hotel, friendly staff and great location. Parking on and off site in short walking distance. Staff were really helpful and ensured our dog was looked after as well ensuring they looked after us in the bar area in the evenings.

Great locations, good pricing at time visited. Staff were friendly, courteous and helpful. Would certainly stay again, which will hopefully be soon. Breakfast was well cooked and organised. Had dinner one evening, which was enjoyable as saved us venturing out, after a long day shopping. ideal location for the Quayside Sunday market. There is always a but, mine is, it was disappointing windows do not open, despite there being aircon I personally like some fresh air even in the midst of winter.
