Nice hotel - slightly cramped room. Shower could have been warmer. Main entrance needs better sign posting as there similar branded apartment on the same street. Optional breakfast very expensive at £16 per head.
Visit of four with Groupon Deal. Super afternoon tea, began with welcome from Chef, and a huge selection of interesting loose leaf teas, complete with timers. Really interesting selection, scones warm - always like that, fresh clotted cream (not packets - hate that) plus selection of 10 or so mini desserts and cakes, all home made. Really appreciated service received - thank you
Stayed with my mum (birthday present) in this lovely, stylish, characterful hotel with friendly helpful staff in a great location walking distance to centre of town. would thoroughly recommend & will be back Stayed in room 1 garden room which was actually 2 separate bedrooms with large private terrace
On a warm day we were directed to a room high up that was 10-15 degrees warmer than outside and was baking hot. The windows don’t open more than 5cm due to hostile design and there was no air conditioning. As a consequence my partner and I suffered one of the most stuffy sleepless nights of our lives, despite the fan on full blast. The room was still hot and stuffy long after the street had cooled to about 10 degrees. We’re Australian, so used to dealing with much hotter weather, if the room facilities allow for it. In the end I resorted to lying with a wet towel draped on me, attempting to evaporate the water with the insufficient fan. Not great for several hundred pounds. The staff were professional, warm and attentive but it seemed their hands were tied on this issue and we weren’t offered any resolution. I don’t think that we had an experience Radisson would be proud of and I would not want anyone else to be subjected to the same.…
We had a quick one night stop in Bath, the hotel was lovely, individual and a great loacation. Staff could not do enough for you. Breakfast was excellent. The room could of had a little extra added, more milk, bottles of water etc.
Disappointing I’m afraid. Reasonable room but that’s all. A hotel now rough around the edges. Arrived back first evening and the room hadn’t been serviced due to staff shortages. No real apology. This is supposed to be a 4 star Raddison?! Think again if you are looking for value for what you’re being asked to pay. Buyer beware.
A great central location with an amazing fulfilling breakfast that set you up for the day, but very little onsite or street parking available. Park at the Podium complex for value for money parking and long stay parking of £15 per 24 hours.
Excellent location in the centre of town, helpful staff and a very room, which was a bit small but nevertheless was still very nice and very comfortable. A great location for exploring the town, very happy and would certainly return to stay here again.
The building was nice. It was an old building well reconditioned. The stay was pleasant and silent. We did not have breakfast there because it was quite expensive (GBP16,00 / each person). The personnel was very nice and looking forward to help you. I would stay next time in this hotel.
Spent the night there this week. Arrived early and popped in to ask about parking. They gave us the options of local parking and what they have available. They have 6 spaces at the rear of the hotel and we were lucky enough to get the last one. There is a charge but its more convenient than local parking and a similar cost. As we were early they offered us glasses of iced water and the use of the facilities while the room was being prepared. We had planned a day in Bath and they gave us a map with our destinations and the local attractions circled. The hotel in very clean and has modern facilities whilst keeping the period charm you expect of Bath. The biggest stars though were the team of staff they have there. They are the most welcoming, helpful, approachable and positive hotel team we have ever stayed with and we would like to thank them all for making our stay so enjoyable. I could mention the ideal location, good food, well appointed rooms etc but in short if you are planning to stay in Bath stay here. You won't be disappointed.…
