Ideally situated for the railway station. Welcoming manager. Marvellous breakfast with delightful restaurant staff. Otherwise a typical IBIS room as you'd find everywhere including Belgium and Germany.

There were no issues with my say, this IBIS is in the centre of Reading, and can be quite busy, but even with this, my room was quiet. The room was comfortable, with no issues to report. I would stay here again on business.

Stayed here for 2 nights and it was fantastic , the staff were absolutely amazing and have to give special credit to the night team and how well they worked even considering the rude and drunken states the people staying there were all in . Sorry I didn’t catch your names but honestly you were all absolute gems and can’t Thankyou enough !!!!!

It was quite a small room but we were only staying a night so it was fine. Quite dark too but very cosy and comfortable. Not many channels on the TV but again we didn't need to watch it much. Reasonable price for the night and breakfast. Couldn't find much wrong with the venue, the staff were friendly and the facilties and room were clean and tidy. The centre is in the middle of the high street so it is very convenient and about 5 minutes walk from the train station. Recommended.

The Ibis truly came to my rescue since the MERCURE George Hotel nearby told me that the owners were closing down the hotel and I had to leave. The delightful charismatic and endearing Ioanna on reception made my transfer smoothly. It was a very worrying moment. It was so reassuring to have this lady on duty. I shall most certainly pay a return visit very soon.
