Staff unable to control other residents meant we were kept awake from 02:30 till 04;00 good night sleep guarantee not actioned by local staff any more very disappointed, have benefited twice in ten years, but their policy has changed wasn't aware it had if I had I would have stayed elsewhere. Beware of road noise as well
As usual a brilliant stay, super freindly staff clean and safe what more would anyone want!!! Did not use the restaurant as chose to eat on our travels but area got great transport links to The Broads or Coastline.
Stayed for 5 nights during September. All relevant provisions were in place to help with the Covid problems. Reception staff as always with Premier Inn were polite, friendly and very helpful. The room was spacious and spotless. As we were there for 5 nights they made sure we had adequate towels and drinks to last us for the duration of our stay.
First stay at any hotel since 2020 did its thing. And I have to say Premier Inn have done a brilliant job of making their guests feel at ease and safe in my opinion. The room we had was perfect for our nights stay, bed was comfy and shower was good. Food next door in table table was very good as well
Premier Inn was fine, but no air on so a fan no good, too hot. Noisy road so cannot open windows. Staff pleasant. Restaurant food wasn’t great I had a Chicken Caesar salad which was limp and not very nice. Would in future in August always go to a PI with aircon.
