The Waterloo reception staff are very obliging. Their official policy is 2 however if your room is ready you may be able to. We were early and unable to check in but left our bags with reception while we went out. They lock... More

We had to pay an outside laundry to do our washing, we simply googled them and they came and collected and returned washing, hotel reception looked after it for us, the reception staff are great. It was expensive around... More

I'm sure they do because mine is an Irish one and most people are tourists that go there so they'll are be foreign.
