Having recruited many staff over the years I know how hard it is to find exceptional people who chose and display the right attitude and skills to deliver exceptional service. The young gent on reception by the name of Tawhid is one such person, I just wanted to say thank you for your great service and have if a great attitude. Great hotel location, amazing views of London and Tower Bridge, worth paying the extra for the view, will absolutely return.

The hotel is the same age as me, and like me is starting to show signs of age, the furniture in our room was tired the draws didn’t shut as you would expect in a bid London hotel, A big gripe was our entire stay there was bed linen in the hall outside our room that was never cleaned away The food in the restaurant was ok but nothing special, my wife coincidentally had a bad belly after eating the pulled beff and nachos, The breakfast in the morning was a bit of a mess, It says you can go down for breakfast after six, and as we were going out early that morning that’s what we did, first they said it was ready so we went back to our table only then to be told it was, Then when we had it it was warm but not hot, so it had come out of the kitchen, but then put into a heat plate the hadn’t been on long enough, there seemed to be a basic communication issue with the staff, we heard one member of staff being told off in the dining area!! But, the room (365) was clean, the view was lovely with the tower over the Themes, the staff in the lobby were lovely and professional, It was just the aftercare! Can do better, We won’t be coming back!
