The Premier Notting Hill is often celebrated for its prime location, nestled close to tube stations and local amenities, which guests find highly convenient. While the rooms are regularly commended for their cleanliness and comfort, some visitors mention they can be on the snug and dim side, with occasional temperature control issues. The hotel's atmosphere is generally perceived as welcoming, with a cozy charm despite the compact spaces. The staff's attentive and professional service consistently receives high marks. Though opinions on value are mixed, with some critiques aimed at the breakfast offerings, the hotel's overall cleanliness and amenities, such as the varied breakfast, are well-regarded.

Very welcoming and friendly reception staff. Hotel is in great location, in quiet street but only 5 mins walk to shops and restaurants and Bayswater tube station within short easy walking distance also. Deluxe room had a fridge and microwave. Air-conditioning worked well. Complimentary fruit on arrival and bottled water supplied which was much appreciated. Room feels quite small due to dark furniture/fittings but we had a modern, bright spacious bathroom. Bed was super comfy as were pillows. We only had breakfast one morning of our 4 night stay as we like to eat out too but it was excellent value for money for the choices available and of good quality. Would very happily stay here again.

Clean and well-kept hotel, in a beautiful building with typical London architecture in Notting Hill. The street is quiet and peaceful, and the area is very well served by restaurants, pubs and groceries. Bayswater and Queensland tube stations are within a 5-10 minute walk. 15 minute walk to Portobello Rd and 10 minute walk to Hyde Park. Very friendly and helpful staff. Our room was quite small, but still average for London, and complete with everything. There was carpet but absolutely clean, never seen the slightest presence of dust. Small but well kept bathroom in the room. Very comfortable bed. The room was cleaned promptly every day with daily change of towels and replenishment of water. Breakfast not very abundant but still with a different choice of both sweet and savory options. The quality-price ratio, bearing in mind that you are in a very expensive city, is difficult to beat in my opinion. For the same price, other hotels of the same level offer significantly less.

Visiting London for son’s Graduation which also clashed with Wimbledon so our choice of hotels were limited. The Premier Notting Hill I will be honest was not our first choice but its location was good and its price while not as cheap as we were hoping was the best we could get.
We spent 2 nights there and was not disappointed at all.

We arrived early in the day and although our room wasn’t ready we were able to check in, do a bag drop and use their facilities.
The reception staff were very helpful, polite and all very smartly dressed.
We checked into our room later that evening and was very pleasantly surprised with it.

Apart from being spotlessly clean it had a safe, a fridge, ironing board, hairdryer, drink making facilities with free complimentary water and biscuits. Also complementary shampoo and shower gel. But what really surprised us was a microwave too.
It also had air conditioning which we definitely needed as it was warm. We had a room out the front but couldn’t hear any traffic noice.

Breakfast was part of our deal but it wasn’t too expensive if you had to purchase it as an extra. It was a full choice of breakfast. It was spotless and the staff were very welcoming and accommodating.

Bayswater metro station was a 10 min walk away and just around the corner was bikes for hire in the street which we used.

So although this wasn’t our 1st choice of hotel it will be in the future & will definitely recommend it to everyone. It suited all our needs.
Well done The Premier Notting Hill.

I have stayed in about 20 Bayswater hotels over the last 5 years and this is one of my go to hotels as it’s very pleasant, comfortable and in a good location between Notting Hill and Bayswater tubes in a quiet square. The rooms are clean and comfortable annd the staff anre lovely and although prices vary depending on local demand it’s one of most competitively priced in the area. It is £10 to £20 more expensive than the cheapest hotels in the area but they are not great at all and it’s worth paying a bit extra for the Premier. Justin Rivett

Better hotel than others in the area. I received a welcome upgrade to a double room as they are already their client. The staff and 'very helpful (if you need an adapter chedete to them). In the room there was a tea/coffee set, with a bottle of water and biscuits replenished daily, much appreciated. The area is full of restaurants, cafes, supermarkets and within 600 meters there are 3 metro stops, convenient! Also nearby there are bus stops that take you comfortably everywhere. Portobello is a 5-minute walk away. Breakfast is both English and continental, so there is both sweet and savoury, as well as fresh fruit. The wi-fi is free and works very well. The room is meticulously cleaned and towels are changed every day. Considering the level of surrounding hotels and the average price of a room in London, I think the value for money is optimal. Possibility to do both Check in and Check out online, in order to speed up everything. Definitely will return and recommend it, especially to solo travelers.
The only sore point: in the room there is not enough space for the suitcase.

Close to Kensington Garden and Bayswater Underground Station. The hotel is not that big but our room was unexpectedly well equipped, (TV, fridge and micro etc). Very nice staff, they had upgraded our room to superior. But what gave the best impression was that the breakfast room was so fresh and that they were very keen to meet our wishes for alternative food due to unusual food allergy.
Our experience at The Premier Notting Hill was very good.

I had a great time in this hotel, very comfortable. Excellent welcome from all the staff, always very kind and helpful. The breakfast is very rich and varied. You can choose between sweet and savory with a wide choice. The room was very cozy and had all the necessary amenities, including iron with ironing board, coffee maker, microwave and fresh fruit available. The bathroom is completely new, functional and very beautiful. A stone's throw from two tube stops (Bayswater and Queensway) and well connected, in a central location near Hyde Park.

Impressed with the level of service provided by all the staff we encountered.
Our deluxe double room.was comfortable and a bit larger than other deluxe rooms apparently. Room was quite hot but receptionist had already offered to have temperature reduced if required,so was adjusted promptly when reported.
My email requesting an en-suite shower and not a bath was answered promptly. On arrival we were immediately told our room was on ground floor and had a bathroom/shower suitable for my mobility restrictions.
Bed and pillows comfortable and room well supplied with hairdryer, iron and ironing board, kettle, bottled water, safe etc The only thing missing was a fridge which might be useful given the room was quite hot.
The breakfast provided was varied and good value. The room however was a little small which resulted in people having to queue in the corridor.
The hotel is situated In a nice area with good transport links, restaurants and pubs a short walk away.
All staff were friendly and very helpful. Nothing was too much trouble for them.
Would definitely visit again and would recommend.

We stayed at The Premier for 2 nights with my husband’s family who were celebrating their 25th wedding anniversary.

I emailed ahead to notify the hotel and they were excellent at communicating with me and arranged for a room upgrade and for the room to be decorated. There was also a fruit bowl brought to the room and these were all lovely and thoughtful touches, thank you for making our stay special.

The hotel seemed closest to Bayswater tube station but we also used the Notting Hill Gate and Queensway tube stations, all a short walk away.

The hotel is clean, the staff are extremely friendly and accommodating and the hotel is in a lovely, quiet spot but very close to amenities, including a traditional, friendly pub on the corner. We felt extremely safe and were comfortable walking around at night time. We slept very soundly as the hotel is in such a quiet area.

We loved that there was an ironing board and iron in the room, so many hotels miss this so well done to The Premier! We also had a plug socket each by the bedside tables so that we could both charge our phones and ample tea and coffee making facilities with a biscuit each and a bottle of water, replenished daily. There was also a safe in the room but we didn’t use it.

The breakfast was great and there was plenty of choice with cereals, fruits, yoghurts, bread, fresh pastries and cooked items such as scrambled and boiled eggs, hash browns, mushrooms, chicken sausages and bacon. There was a fantastic choice at breakfast and great value for money.

The staff deserve a special mention as every single one of them works so hard and nothing is too much trouble. Extremely warm and friendly hosts. Thank you so much for our wonderful stay. We will be recommending you and we will certainly come back again to stay.
