I would rate the hotel OK until my check out day. The staff is cordial but visibly not well trained. The building is old and you hear the cracks on the floor in your room and adjacent rooms. The lift is a small and slow...More
Initially given a bog standard room with a pull down bed why they have this in a hotel room. The main door did not feel secure and the toilet roll holder fell off the wall. Asked reception for a new room and got instantly changed...More

Hello, I do not know if it is too late for my answer, as you are arriving so late two choices I think, taxi or Uber or if you have a canceling option, stay at Gatwick Airport for the night, and in the early morning take the train (cheaper then the Gatwick express and only 10 minutes more) or the Gatwick express and go into London Victoria and then I suggest Uber to your hotel. You have one hotel really outside the airport on North terminal and on south terminal a couple of very near by.
