I have stayed many times in this hotel.
On this occasion we were a family of 5 occupying 3 double rooms for a family celebration in London,
On our first evening I saw a rat enter the hotel lobby via the revolving door.
I watched it run behind black paneling to the right of the do

I have stayed here a lot over the year and every time the rooms have been pretty clean, comfortable and quite affordable. The main bar can get a bit tatty and they do need to keep an eye on the mess people leave ont ables, but generally a nice place to stay in a perfect position

How much is the car park
Hi. I’m afraid I can’t answer you that question as we had no car. The underground was very close by, excellent and met all our needs.

Thinking of staying at the Park Plaza Westminster during a trip this winter. Besides the obvious hotel restaurants, are there many (any?) within walking distance at night? Just doing a quick Google map search I didn't see much around this area. Thoughts?
Yes loads of good restaurants. We have just stayed at the hotel and it was great. Highly recommend.

Hi I was wondering if we got robes and slippers? Also do we have to pay for spa treatments or massages if we’re staying in the hotel?
I didn’t get robes or slippers so maybe it depends on the room you book!

Hi I’m really confused- the rates are advertising a studio king with city view. I called the hotel as wanted to check about the baby policy and cot availability for our travel dates and they advised that they don’t have such a room. It’s really important for us to get an external view, but I’m worried that the studio king is the hotels superior rooms which are all internal facing, as this is what the hotel implied. The hotel (central reservations) then proceeded to advise that bookings via 3rd party sites aren’t guaranteed in terms of advertised features vs actual room provided. Can someone from the hotel confirm which room the studio king is referring to in terms of the hotels room names and also guarantee that it will have an external view? Thanks Kristy
Hi, we are travelling next year to London, there are two adults and two kids under 12 in our party. What's the difference between the studio double and the studio twin rooms? Thanks
I don't know, we didn't stay in a suite
