2021 Travelers' Choice Best of the Best
Renowned for its elegant central Piazza, charming independent market stalls, vibrant street performers, and for having some of the best luxury shopping and fine dining in the capital, not to mention being home to the world-famous Royal Opera House and West End theatres, Covent Garden is one of London's most enchanting and inspirational destinations. The Resident Covent Garden is just a 3-minute walk from the main central Piazza (and within a 5-minute walk from both Covent Garden and Charing Cross stations), providing an oasis of calm right in the heart of the action. It offers 57 stylish and thoughtfully designed contemporary bedrooms, each featuring bespoke furniture hand-made locally in West London, luxurious throws and cushions made from natural fibres woven on the Isle of Bute, Scotland, and special edition Paul Smith Anglepoise lamps, as part of the brand’s focus on quality British design and craftsmanship. They each also feature our signature in-room Mini Kitchen.

Fabulous aparthotel in what must be close to being the best location in London - bang smack in Covent Garden at the Strand. Perfect location for a London base. Spotless rooms with fabulously comfortable beds, well appointed bathrooms and cleverly integrated fridge, microwave, sink with additional filtered water tap and coffee machine in the airconditioned room. Despite being so centrally located, the room was silent overnight. Daily housekeeping and near "Disney-style" smiling, happy, polite and friendly reception staff who go out their way to greet you. Would not hesitate to return there on our next visit to London.

We stayed here for 2 nights as part of a short break to London to celebrate our wedding anniversary. Everyone on reception was friendly and very welcoming (not always the case in London). The room was a good sized corner room with views over The Strand, but with very good acoustic insulation, air conditioning, a very comfy king sized bed and a well appointed bathroom. It also had a mini kitchen area with a fridge, sink (with filter tap), Nespresso machine etc. We will be back!

I visited as a guest of my god-daughter who has spent the last two years working as an ICU nurse. Apart from the generosity of the hotel chain, I feel compelled to comment on the customer service. I have travelled extensively and stayed in many, varying hotels - the welcome and the continuous helpful, warm attitude of the reception staff throughout our visit were absolutely exemplary. They were so welcoming, friendly and helpful, and made my goddaughter feel valued, thank you so, so much. That aside, super, central location, great access to Covent Garden and restaurants. The room was lovely, beds were comfortable and it all felt so clean. Not only would I recommend it, I will return!
