Had to endure constant loud beeping every 30 seconds from the faulty smoke alarm which kept us awake all night. Reported this issue as soon as we arrived, along with the cleanliness issues and were told someone would come out to fix the smoke alarm. This didn't happen and got some excuse that the maintenance people got caught up in something else. A faulty smoke alarm should have been a priority purely for the safety of their customers but clearly not a priority for them. Had real issues with the cleanliness and general hygiene of this apartment, considering there is a £55 cleaning charge it wasn't very clean. Hairs on the dining table, cushions and sofas, cushions stained. Looks like everything just had a damp cloth run over it. Kitchen had crumbs on the floor and underneath the microwave. We were also given an incorrect code to enter the apartment and couldn't get in and had to sit outside the apartment on the phone to them for about 15 minutes. They even suggested using some force to open the door as they said sometimes people need to do this to get in, which was just ridiculous. Have stayed here before in 2016 and couldn't fault the place but now after this latest experience, I wouldn't go back as not worth the money and wasn't the best experience. With regards to customer service, it was not the best. Said they would call me with regards to the refund I requested but haven't heard back from them and now ignoring my last email. If you are thinking of staying here then I would reconsider as not worth the money and not as how they describe the place on their site. Very disappointing. We certainly won't be back.

Great spacious apartment in a perfect location slightly out the centre but right on the tram route. Clean with good amenities, and decorated in a modern way. Competitively priced with its own parking which is very useful. The hallway and bits of the apartment could do with updating/replacing and a bigger bed would have been nice but overall would recommend to anyone looking for an apartment in Blackpool.

Unless you want to face the prospect of having to stay in a room where there’s a serious risk to health and safety, food poisoning and an inadequate cutlery shortage I’d suggest going elsewhere. On paper etc the place looked decent enough but in reality it most definitely wasn’t. .The apartment had 3 forks for a family of 4 (good start considering the rooms are for 5),the scissors had pizza remains on when we arrived!...lovely! and to cap it all off we find ourselves a tidy £110 out of pocket by them!...Just avoid them and go elsewhere as you’ll encounter a much improved service!.☹️☹️☹️☹️

Im a disabled guy aged 59 yrs old and me and my carer were booked into this place from the 23rd July 2020 until 7th Aug 2020. The Polish lady who owns the property knew i was disabled and suffered with agony with severe back pain so booked this flat thinking yes ground floor, proper bed, shower and kitchen to use if needed. I get here to find a text giving me a key code to get my keys. You walk through the front door to letters, rubbish all sorts behind the door like it had been empty for a long time. I was placed into Flat 4 up two flights of stairs. First look flat looked ok until i found it was a sofa bed she had made up for me which was like sleeping on a concrete slab. We both needed a shower so tried and it would not work no matter what you did and it looked like something had been snapped off to stop the water going from the bath to the shower. So my carer who is strong but not a heavy person had to lift me in and out of this low horrible bath. Then we thought right we will have a glass of wine and needed to wash our mus from a cuppa. Went to open the cupboard under the sink and the door came off in our hands. We were shattered after our three hour drive and the tension started to build between us and we have never had a wrong word in 6 yrs. Next morning i thought right a cuppa and some toast. No toaster but an oven and grill. Went to open the oven and the door came off in our hands, the oven had some shelves in but none of them fit. So we started to text the owner and after 6 days we were moved into flat 1 on the ground floor. it had a nice kitchen and a bed. A shower which had to have the guys who were working on another flat fix before we used it and after you used it the water used to piss out all over the floor so you always needed your shoes on to use the toilet or brush your teeth. The toilet and basin and shower were crammed into what can only be described as a closet. We are only 5ft 8" and if you sit on the toilet your knees are pressed hard aginst the wall. The first night in flat 1 were were sitting having a cuppa, yet again no toaster. It arrived after day 8. Sat looking out at the people who must of rented one of the other flats, come out of the front door and wander up and down the street looking along the gutter for peoples thrown away cigarettes. Loads of people up that end of Blackpool who were alcoholics and drug takers. Is just as well there is a tram stop close by as its quite a walk just to get to the North Shore Pier. I wished from day 2 that i had booked a proper hotel instead of this flat. The only reason i booked a flat was so we could avoid other people because i am high risk for this virus. I complained and complained to the owner and told her for all the stress etc and for being 6 days in a flat that was no use to us i should at least get half of my money back. I have just had a reply from her after being home a week saying all my issues were resolved promptly. Sorry 6 days is not promptly. Please Please only go to this dump if its the very very last resort.

Clean spacious and well appointed apartment with plenty of room. Beds were comfortable. Towels included. The area seems quiet and the tram in to town is a short walk away. We enjoyed our stay. Good value for money. Parking off road.
