Checked in at half 3 ish to a cold room. Stayed in till about 5 o'clock with no heating. Thought that it would come on when we returned at 10pm after watching the fireworks but no. Was like a fridge. And to top it off the duvets were a millimetr thick. It Eventually came on at 8am. The breakfast was very nice.

Went for a 3 night stay and cannot sing this Hotel's praises enough. The whole Hotel is spotless and has a real "home away from home" feel, I was made to feel very welcome by the hosts. It's situated right on the seafront, and has an amazing view whilst having breakfast (recommend having the poached eggs). I usually don't sleep very well when away from my own bed, but I slept soundly and felt well rested for excursions out to see the sights!

I'm currently sat eating a hearty breakfast in what is a really lovely place to stay. Located right on the seafront, the owners, Mike and Talia have got it absolutely spot on. They are fantastic hosts, and incredibly welcoming. The hotel itself has been kept modern whilst retaining its charm and it's really clean. Top marks from me here. This is cracking place and will be happy to come back for another stay.

Great place. Really friendly and the owners have obviously taken a lot of time looking after the hotel. Lovely breakfast. It's about a 20min walk from the north pier and tower. Our kids really enjoyed staying there and for a family of 5 with young children the room set up of a king size bed partitioned off from bunk beds and a pull out chair bed was great.
