Over 70 of us stayed here for our reunion weekend. no complaints from anyone appart from a few about the Wi-Fi - the staff here are fabulous, nothing is too much trouble and they go out of their way to rectify any small issues we may have. The food is wholesome and tasty and the reunion dinner on the Saturday evening was perfect as usual. I would like to thank all the staff for making our reunion enjoyable and would like to give a special mention to Stacey & Louise. Thank you also to James for setting the room up so that we could have all our meals together. See you all next year

Booked on Monday to arrive Tues, picked hotel for its location. On street parking available probably more difficult at weekends. Check in slightly confusing as there a 2 entrances and of course we went in the wrong one but quick walk through the lounge and greeted by friendly reception staff. Was allocated an upgraded/recently refurbished room which looked just like the photos and with a sea view. Didn't stay for the evening entertainment but believe it was good Inc bingo. Breakfast was super busy and although the wait staff were all brilliant we had a wait of 45 before being offered tea/coffee and an hour before we got our breakfast which was really nice full English. Would definitely stay again and would recommend the hotel.

We booked for November 2020 which was cancelled due to the Covid pandemic. Rebooked for this year for the Turkey and Tinsel 4 night break. Hotel was facing the sea and ideally located with a tram stop opposite. The food and entertainment was really good , with packed entertainment ever night and also Bingo. At this time of year parking was OK on the side street where it was free, and the Doric also had a limited section of parking to the side of the hotel. QA tram ticket for 4 days was £12.50 and great value and allowed constant tram travel up and down the 11 mile promenard and to all main attractions and trams were very frequent. Generally we were very pleased with the Turkey and Tinsel package which was great value for money, and made a great break after the Covid restrictions.
