We recently visited the above hotel for an overnight stay. The lady on reception went out of her way to find us a room from 3rd floor allocated ,to the 1st ,which was a lot better with a great view of the lights too and warm . Added to this breakfast staff went out of their way to ensure everything was ok ,or if any more toast was needed and nothing was too much trouble added to this all staff were extremely pleasant and polite throughout our stay The only let down was the bed very lumpy and needed a new mattress otherwise our stay was good and would recommend this hotel if staying in Blackpool

Room was clean no hot water in the shower for our second day couldn't find any staff to let them know. Women on reception was very abrupt when we arrived. Our room was on the 3rd floor didn't let us know that the lift was out of order, had to go up 6 flights of stairs (not good when you have asthma) staircase and landing very narrow. The lady's in the dining room was lovely nothing too much trouble cooked breakfast was nice only 2 choices of cereal. Tram stop close to the hotel which was good. Very quiet area.
