Check in and parking sorted efficiently, room small but very cosy, everything we needed was there, evening meal was lovely, service excellent, breakfast buffet was really nice and replenished constantly, evening entertainment was brilliant, Timeless duo were so much fun, we had a brilliant weekend at Tiffany’s.
My family and I stayed here for a couple of days 1-3 January 2022 and while I much prefer giving positive feedback to negative there are definitely issues to address. The hotel has a lot of potential. The room left a bit to be desired, but I appreciate refurbishment was taking place when the hotel closed on the 4 January. The meals were very good, likewise the entertainment and acts, which we thoroughly enjoyed. The staff were lovely too. However the one big concern for us was that hardly anybody was wearing face masks, including all the staff, and for that reason I felt extremely uncomfortable and vulnerable throughout the stay. I had no doubt we would leave with cover, and sadly that was the case, with 3 out of 4 in our party testing positive 2 days after our stay. These guidelines need to be adhered to for the benefit of staff and guests. Sadly for that reason I can only award 2 stars.…
I have never been emailed in such a rude and unprofessional manner by a lady called Koula, she really does need some customer service training as her approach is nothing but aggressive ! They also have a confusing refund policy and do not tell you that it is non refundable until after you have paid it, how is that fair!!!
We always enjoy our trip to Tiffanys, especially to see in the new year. The entertainment is great, as is the food. The people that you meet from other areas are lovely. The staff are lovely. The hotel is very near the shops and pubs if you want to go out.
Check in was quick and easy. Parking on site. Keys left at reception then you don't have to worry about moving your car. Kelly was great. The room was lovely (214) spotlessly clean and nicely decorated. Food was brilliant every night. 1st night was Creamy mushrooms on garlic bread, Roast gammon, Cheese and biscuits, late night Hotpot ( which was delicious) NYE menu was Haggis and neeps, Broccoli soup, Smoked salmon and prawns, hubby had Beef, i had Salmon. No dessert to full! New years day menu in photo. Breakfast was lovely and hot every day and a good choice. Entertainment was enjoyed every night but in our opinion thursday night and new years day entertainment was the best. Back2back should have been NYE as they were great so was the girl on before them. Tom did a great job and played requests which was very much appreciated by us (other Blackpool hotels won't which is disappointing). So pleased to see Wayne Lester here now too, such an amazing voice. Our only issue is how hot the entertainment room and bedrooms are! The best part of the hotel, the staff, without doubt. They all worked so hard and sadly some customers were quite rude and bordering on abusive. Their childish behaviour was disgraceful and staff were very professional with them. Others were heard complaining constantly, sadly some people are never happy. Again staff were so good with them, professional and courteous always. Our first visit here and as Carl promised when I booked we will have a great time, and we did. Thank you Tiffany's the year ended better than it started, you made me smile x…
