Have tried various places in Blackpool but I think this is the only place we will go from now on. Parked up on their car park with overflow parking available as well. Room was thoroughly clean, fresh and well stocked so on a two night stay they don’t have to come into your room. Breakfast was amazing, hot food was lovely especially the bacon. The only thing a bit off putting was the drinks in the bar were quite pricey. Other than that a great stay.
Very welcoming and friendly staff from the moment you walk in the door. Great quality rooms with everything you need. Breakfast is of high quality and very good restaurant. Great view of the pitch from the rooms. Defo stay here again. Brilliant location not too far from everything you need

Stayed at the property for two nights from 05/11/21 to 07/11/21. We arrived to Blackpoool by rail so the easiest way from Blackpool north station is by taxi. Arrived at 13:00 and was informed we could not check in until 15:00. I was not informed if room was ready or not just that I could not check in until 15:00. After a long journey from South Wales I was hoping room would be ready. Went out and come back around 15:30 to room being ready, paid the extra £10 to have a view of the pitch which is completely worth it if you are a football fan. Room 224 which looks on behind the goal and was close to the corner flag restaurant where breakfast is served. Room was clean although a bit tired in places. Room is spacious, has a modern TV and nice sized bathroom. One thing of note was that there was a match on when I was there and had a letter through the door on the day of the game saying that we were not permitted to watch the match through FA/EFL guidelines which I find ridiculous. I closed the curtains during the game but just stood in front of the curtains to watch the game. It can be quite intimidating as one you g Blackpool fan had seen our Manchester United shirts (had just come back from Old Trafford) and was giving abuse towards me, so bear that in mind. I politely told him to go away :). The breakfast was great, the food is fresh and there is plenty of choice. The location is slightly out of town. You can get buses nearby (7) into Blackpool. Or walk around 5 mins to the tram stop at St Chads road. If I didn’t have my 6 year old son with me I probably would of walked into town which would take around 20 mins I would say. All in all a great place to stay, I will definitely stay again.…
