once again it was outstanding, we had an great time, the food and rooms were amazing. The staff are some of the friendliest people I have ever met, always remember us, it was lovely to see Hazel, Connor and Phil again and to meet some of their newer staff Justin and Eddie. Thank you all for another incredible stay, I'm sure we will be back soon.

We got married at the Park House Hotel on the 5th of November 2021 and the Hotel couldn’t do more to make it a great day. The food was absolutely stunning - both taste and presentation. We were looked after from the moment we checked in till the moment we checked out. The lady at reception Emilia upgraded all our rooms to bigger ones so we had more room to get ready and helped us book everything and sort everything out to do with rooms. Gregg and Elena were the best hosts ever and helped us through our big day and Alex the wedding lady was so helpful and calmed me down when I was coming down to walk down the isle. The manager Phil was there for us all the way through and sorted out everything we needed. The DJ was great and had a laugh and joke with us throughout the evening and even played some Polish songs as some of the guests were Polish. Thank you everyone for making the greatest day of our lives even better. Oh and the bridal suite is absolutely stunning. We recommend this hotel to anyone for the best day of their lives. Thank you once again from Paulina and Mark Naylor and our families

Was so looking forward to a stay at this hotel. Lots of reading reviews and checking pictures, recently refurbished, very modern...this place appeared to be just what we were looking for. Upon arrival, the hotel looked just like the pictures, the staff were very friendly and helpful. We arrived early, so left our bags to be taken up to our room when it was ready while we went out to see some of the sights in Blackpool. Shame that wasn't the case when we got into the room, we were given one that hadn't seen even a paintbrush in the last 30 years! Not modern in the slightest. The 'family room' was smaller than expected, but there are only 3 of us, so that wasn't really an issue, although it did feel like the beds had been sqeezed into what was originally a small double room. The fitted cupboard doors didn't quite fit and all of the dated furniture was damaged. The beds were less than comfortable, very cheap mattresses, springs made sleeping very uncomfortable. The double was placed in the room under a lamp that meant either myself or my husband had have the lamp in a position where we couldn't sit up in bed. There was only 1 accessible electricity point for use between the 3 of us in the room. Not ideal for a family. The wiring in the room was also suspect. The bedside lamps flickered on and off when the switch was used and the main bedroom light flickered when the bathroom light turned on and off. The bathroom was dirty, floor tiles broken, the toilet had a chunk of porcelain missing and didn't flush well. The glass shelf above the toilet was loose and almost fell off and hit my son on the head. The shower curtain was well past it's best with discolouration along the hem, suggesting it should have been replaced several months ago. Carpet is in need of replacing too. All in all, this was not what we were expecting! Not a single picture that we have found represent what some of the rooms actually look like. Lesson taken from this... if a hotel says recently refurbished, check on arrival that you are getting one of those and not one at the back of the hotel, that may never be done!
