Stayed in luxury suite on 4th floor. Absolutely superb room with large lounge area and so many additional features. Room service for 2 huge excellent meals arrived in less than 20 minutes too. Great weekend in a luxury warm room whilst it was minus 2 outside.

I stayed at this hotel for two nights. Room was spotless and furnished to a high standard. Very comfortable I slept really well. We had dinner on the first night and breakfast on both mornings food was tasty hot and plentiful. Staff were helpful friendly and very polite. I can find no faults with the hotel at all. I enjoyed my stay so much and would definitely stay again.

Staff were brilliant ( must give a mention to Shamus, topman ), the food was excellent and the rooms were spotless. However we were attached to an adjoining room and our neighbours ruined our first night with their endless talking and late tv-the problem is that the walls are too thin. Next day we were moved into an inferior room but it was in the Quiet Zone and yes it was quiet and we managed to get a good nights kip.

Myself husband and granddaughter arrived at the hotel on a Friday the 19th November and found the hotel very tired and in need of a refurbishment in places, it doesn’t feel like a four star at all a bit grubby around the edges is how I would explain it. We were booked into the hotel’s restaurant in the evening the food seemed ok however our granddaughter started being violently sick during the night she was so poorly we had to cut her birthday treat short and take her home that morning so had to check out a day early, which was ridiculously busy only one poor girl on her own struggling valiantly to try to check people out. Upon contacting the general manager They refused us any refund I as not expecting a complete refund but surely a sign of good will should have been the thing too do in the circumstances. We were booked in into various attractions and they all refunded us in light of the situation and was much appreciated. When we return to Blackpool for her treat we will not be returning to this hotel they do not deserve any business at all
