Very comfortable hotel, brilliant location. Parking on-site though charges apply, but given it’s location that’s not totally unreasonable. The hotel is literally part of the Pleasure Beach complex - the Big One runs around the car park! The £100 advance charge may put people off, but they are up-front about it. Breakfast was excellent - did not have dinner so cannot comment on other food. Really liked the decor and room layout. Very quiet (our floor was child free!). Brilliant shower!!! Would certainly stay there again and would recommend it to family and friends.

We stayed here for two nights to celebrate my wife's 60tj Birthday. We booked through Off peak luxury so got a package that included an executive room. The room was exceptional, the staff very pleasant and all in all a very enjoyable stay. There were a couple off niggles that if addresses would have made the stay perfect. We received one small pot of tea per person at breakfast when we first sat down. There was no option for a second so by the time we got to.the toast oourse the tea was cold . We asked reception to call us a taxi when the one we had booked didn't turn u, to just be told they are very busy so we had to find and call another company. Its the little things that make a good hotel great. The car parking at 18.50.per night is over the top. Otherwise a good stay and good value

Lovely staff, very accommodating, great breakfast. We had dinner in the bar on one evening and the portions where huge! Only minor niggle was that we ordered chips with our dinner not realising the meal we'd oldered came with chips so we were drowning a bit in chips but cannot fault anything else! Rooms were very clean and cleaning staff were lovely too.

Overcharged on check in by £100 - told it was in case I added anything to the room , in reality it was for the carpark fee £18 per night which was not mentioned on check in, even though it was for an over flow carpark 500 yards away when i could have parked on the street for free , then got stuck with an additional £30 charge for leaving the room after 11.00 AM - again not mentioned on check in. Not sure how its a 5 star hotel , room was nice but not 5 star and at £150 a night was more like a posh travel lodge. Nice staff on bar and night service , checking out girl didn't give a toss about my views on the additional charges.

OK where do I start the first time I visited the hotel when it opened in June it was very nice even though my credit card got used fraudulently think someone had a trip down south and a few uber eats on it but I noticed within 2 days and it was fine OK let's get to my second stay in November hotel still very nice but car park was £8 in June now £18 for a night really for a 5 star hotel in Blackpool really should be free but OK no big deal room still verynice so after dinner went back to the room fire alarm went off tried to ring reception no answer so was expecting a call or someone to knock on the door saying false alarm no problem but no had to go down to reception and ask myself then turned on the TV no sound great can we change rooms no we are full room has self controlled air-conditioning but guess what yep mine wasn't working 25 degrees all night now you can't open the window because the park is right outside so had no sleep all night as was like sleeping in a sauna and for some reason as a couple we were put on the first floor and yep you have got it must of been a young family above us so just bang bang bang until about 21.00 then started again at 07.00 great what a shame for a hotel I would of visited a lot more but because the hotel was full they just palmed me off with the rubbish that was left directly above the entrance to the hotel so yep noise again all night with people smoking outside
