Visited here for 3 nights with family. Very close to the train station and John and his wife couldn’t have been friendlier. Rooms were clean and spacious. Breakfast was nice and had variations of eggs on offer. The bar is very reasonably priced and the hosts were very informative and helpful. Will definitely be back!

Make sure you are 100% with your dates when you book with this establishment, If you wanted to change dates, this is like one month in advance of the booking you are refused point blank even when you tell him you can’t change dates on the booking site and email him the screenshot from the website backing this up The stance is “I’ve got your money tough luck” it’s a shame as I have stayed there before and would of in the future but the owner does himself no favours with such arrogant attitude, sorry to say he’s had my money today but he’s lost any future money from me

Great B&B with everything you need as a base, not exactly up there with a luxurious hotel but if you want a base to explore the activities of Blackpool you won't spend much time here, we left straight after breakfast and didn't return until 12/1am each evening. Its great there's no curfew you get a front door key with your room key to come and go as you please, there's a bar downstairs but it didn't seem to be open during our stay the door was closed in the evening. The breakfast is from 8 30-9.30 and there's a selection of cereals as well as freshly prepared eggs and toast, I opted for scrambled eggs and they were absolutely beautiful, cooked perfectly. Set us up for a day at the pleasure Beach. The B&B is less than 5 minutes from Blackpool north train station which is handy as we flew into Manchester, its also a 5 minute walk from the front of the road which is the piers, the golden mile and all the attractions so it's perfectly situated. Rooms have everything you need, kettle, iron on request, TV, hangers, towels etc. We had an ensuite but just outside our room was an extra bathroom. Would definitely recommend this B&B especially for the price it's amazing to have breakfast inclusive for that.

My girlfriend and I stayed for 2 nights and John made us feel right at home. He let us drop off our bags so we're weren't carrying bulk with us to Blackpool Pleasure Beach and he was relaxed about ordering takeaway to the hotel. We had some lovely scrambled egg on toast with fresh orange juice for our included breakfast and he checked if everything was okay. We had a double/twin room with one single bed and one double bed so its quaint and cozy. The location couldnt be any more perfect as its only a few minutes walk from Blackpool North station as well as the North Pier bus/metrolink stops. We're definitely coming to the Rest & Welcome again.
