Beds are very hard not a premier inn bed which are so good, Breakfast very good, bar is a bit expensive also park at the side of the hotel were it is free if there is a space. Staff were very pleasant, location is very good to catch the tram as you will need to as quite far out from the central pier.

Due to covid we decided to visit Blackpool for a family holiday. So glad we stayed here. The staff were helpful and friendly. My daughter told one of the managers see wanted to go on the rollercoasters. The next day she asked me how my daughter liked the rollercoasters. It's little things like this that make you feel welcome! We had a family room (2 double beds). It wasn't the biggest but done the job. The sink was a little high and neither of my daughter's could reach the taps. They're 1 & 3 so not the end of the world. The beds were comfy do everyone had a great sleep. The best thing though...the Air Con! It was like walking into a sheet of ice after a warm day out in the sun. Food at the hotel was great. Can't beat a buffet breakfast to start the day. Plenty to chose from. Especially for fussy kids. Lunch menu was very limited. We had a couple of pizzas and were pleasantly surprised. We wanted a hotel that was away from all the noise but was easy to get to all the attractions. The Tram stops right outside the hotel and only a few minutes from everything. If/when we return to Blackpool there's only one place we'll be staying!

Absolutely stunning rooms! Great and friendly staff, who are happy to help with anything, English breakfast was hot and lots of other options to eat too. Comfy and clean beds, AC easy to use. Clean and spotless room. Even though the hotel was fully booked and is near a busy road, it was the quietest hotel I've ever stayed in! No complaints

Dreary and sinister - the best way to describe this over rated place. Food options here are meagre, and what’s served is laughably poor. Cheap catering sausages, rubberised eggs, cold beans and - my personal favourite - hash brown bullets. Let’s just say this place has delusions of being a “boutique” hotel. It isn’t. It’s what you get when someone whispers a description of a boutique hotel to someone else, who writes it down in an ancient script, to be discovered many thousands of years later, and deciphered by Hilton and interpreted with a budget of approximately £3.50. Go use a Premier Inn instead. Better food, better beds, and way cheaper.

Great hotel and good value for money. I wouldn’t stay anywhere else in Blackpool. Easy access to attractions, close to tram station, on the sea front. Clean, modern and good service. Great for families or couples. Friendly staff
