I travelled with my 3 year old, under not so wonderful circumstances. The couple who run it, Dredah and Julius are genuinely lovely people. They made us feel welcome and at home from the start. Nothing is too much trouble. It doesn’t feel like you are just another guest. Nothing is rushed or insincere. All the staff took interest in and played with my 3 year old and we spent a lot of time in the lounge area just chatting. Both nights were warm, quiet and comfortable and we slept well. I agree that some of the finish isn’t top rate, but everywhere was perfectly clean and the overall experience is 5 stars. Location is perfect to walk the Golden Mile, see the illuminations, visit the Sea Life Centre, Sandcastle waterpark, Blackpool Tower, arcades, shopping in the town centre etc. Lots of gift shops open despite it being low season all selling toys, rock, fudge and the like. You can catch the tram going in either direction, towards the Pleasure Beach or the Tower. I would recommend this place as something a little different, convenient having parking at the back and in the middle of the action.

Had a fabulous stay in the penthouse with my partner. We came over to Blackpool for friends festive and stayed at the chatwall, the staff were lovely and very accommodating. Cocktail on arrival and lovely cooked to order breakfast! The room was wonderful and cosy. Very comfortable bed and the amazing bath! …to top it off there is a fabulous view of the Blackpool tower all lit up as it was the illuminations. We kicked back in the bath relaxed and looked out onto the lovely view. Would definitely return as the overall experience was great and the location is slap bang in the middle of everything you want to see in Blackpool.

Just returned home from an amazing girlie night away in The Chatwal Boutique Hotel. We were able to leave the car at the hotel before check in and we then went off to Friends Festive at the Winter Gardens. The hotel is perfectly located for all the main attractions along the front. When we went to check in we were caught in a torrential down pour and the lovely hostess served us with a delicious cocktail which warmed us up before heading to our room to dry off get ready for the evening. The hosts are so welcoming and you really do feel like part of the family. They ordered a taxi for us to get to Funny Girls that evening and attempted to dry my coat out for me. When we returned at about 11pm (I think, we were a little tipsy) we went upstairs to our room, put on our comfies and the complimentary slippers and went down to the rum bar for a few more drinks. We had so much fun in there and it topped off an amazing night out. Breakfast was amazing and Julius the chef made my "Smashed" egg perfectly. Had a lovely peaceful drive back to North Wales due to my best friend sleeping off her hangover. Thank you again to everyone at the Chatwal Boutique Hotel and we will definitely be back if you will have us....

We were late to arrive, not showed to room just given key. No pillowcases on pillows when asked was handed to put on myself. Clean in parts but looked dirty due to decor, very low lighting throughout, even the bedrooms, as the finish is terrible, slap dash, not what you expect for Boutique. Breakfast was ok portions not great, asked for brown toast both days given white! Barcode on the bottom of the cups, so had they been washed? States parking but this is a very narrow alley way and they had to manoeuvre cars to accommodate, once parked you’re there for the duration. Drinks from bar, overpriced only had one each, £18 and you can see that they purchase from the supermarket as the cases were stashed underneath a table in dining room. The website has some serious filters on there, they are trying to market it as a high end hotel and it clearly is not. Trading standards should pay a visit as you don’t get what you pay for. The staff are friendly but didn’t introduce themselves so not sure of names. Would we return… not a chance. Seriously overpriced and not value for money.

Had a fantastic weekend at this hotel. The hotel is spotless and from entering the hotel we were made to feel so welcome. The spa and beauty treatments are all available to have when you require them. We ate here for breakfasts and evening meals the food is absolutely amazing. Cocktails were also amazing. The staff make you feel like part of the family. Can not praise this hotel enough. This is the best hotel I have stayed in whilst being in Blackpool. Will definitely be back again. Thankyou to you all.
