£115 a night should get you somewhere better than opposite a kebab shop listening to drunks till past 3 in the morning,also shower awful,ill fitting door wallpaper hanging off wall,nice bed though ,wont be going back

Stayed one night for dinner, b&b. Compact but very clean and comfortable club room. Pleasant check in and cream scone and tea on arrival was lovely. Food good overall. Would return and explore Penrith some more!
