Excellent service throughout. Every member of staff were polite, the service was amazing. Evening meals were lovely,as was the breakfast. Room was very clean and tidy, extremely close to many shops. We couldn't fault it at all, excellent team 👏

Very happy with our stay. The only downfall is that the disabled rooms do not have an automatic door. The door into the passage way is also very heavy to pull open if you are in a wheelchair. What would be great if the doors worked the same way they did in the disabled cabins inboard the StenaLine boats to and from the Netherlands

We last stayed at this premier inn a few years ago when, although the hotel was good, it was let down by very poor quality and disorganised breakfast at the beefeater next door. This time the quality of the breakfast was excellent with hot items being made fresh to order and great service. The only thing that let it down slightly was the state of the carpets , with food crumbs in many places. It needs a good deep clean! Hotel service and rooms superb value for money. The hotel itself was very clean,so I have scored for the hotel below.

I was accompanying my husband on his work trip. I /we found the staff exceptionally pleasant and extremely helpful. The were all great communicators and the service they delivered was what you would normally expect in a five star hotel. They certainly made an impression on me. They helped me with information on the local area, bus routes and places of interest. I dined alone on the Tuesday night, and Julie the waitress made sure I had a comfortable place in the restaurant and the service was very good. Thank you to the staff team who did the hotel and the Premier brand proud.- Ann

We stayed at this Premier Inn for a night in September 2023. It is an average Premier Inn, set between a housing estate and an industrial estate on the north side of Cheltenham. The room was generally ok but could have done with a refresh, however, we were able to get an early check-in which was useful for us and the others in our party. The breakfast the following morning in the Beefeater next door was slow and poor, there was one lady server completely run off her feet and our cooked breakfasts took nearly an hour to arrive, which was not helpful when we had appointments to get to. Overall, it's location isn't great but useful for the Racecourse, could do with a spruce up, but it does the job.

Asked for a quiet room ,given room next to a road junction, Did not get a restful sleep.which is what I expect from a premier inn. Rooms tired but clean .reception staff friendly .laundry delivery trucks trundle past bedroom window ,albeit early evening but still disconcerting ,when it is dark out side

Jennifer at the front desk was lovely a real credit to the Premier Inn hotels, friendly and welcoming after a long journey. Good job to her. Many places do not care but she should be given recognition as an ambassador to the hotel chain. Keep up the good work. :)

This was a late booking as needed somewhere to stay after unexpected trip. This was good value for money. The receptionist on booking me in was very friendly and helpful. The same applied when I was leaving. The room met my expectations with a very comfortable bed and I had a good night’s sleep. Location is good for access to motorway and opposite a shopping area.. there is a beefeater adjacent to hotel. As premier Inns go this was a good example

A good nights sleep was very much needed as a grandparent helping with little ones living nearby and I got a great nights sleep . such a comfortable bed and a quiet nights sleep . The breakfast was great value as I paid extra and my daughter and small grandchildren joined me for breakfast - they were very excited to see nanny who was on holiday down the road from them. The staff were very helpful and patient ! Great value and service too

Very welcoming staff here. Bethany and Jennifer were very friendly and approachable. Rooms were clean to a high standard. Beefeater next door was lovely for Sunday lunch. Regular bus links into town centre for our cocktails. Will be back.
