Me and my friend stayed for one night in a yurt. Rob welcomed us with a warm mulled drink then helped us carry our stuff to our yurt. He explained how to use everything and we were given a bottle of chilled wine, cereal hamper and large glass bottled water. His customer service was amazing and gave us suggestions of places to visit. Nice personal touches including home grown apples, free dvd service, hot water bottle and more. There is a separate shower/toilet for the glamping guests. Can’t wait to go back!!

We had a good one night stay, the children did love it. However, the site has an extremely strange and disappointing layout. The accommodation is placed on the smallest plot of land behind a petrol station and busy road. The tents are very close together. This I think, wouldn’t be so bad if the Glamping was positioned in the fields behind rather than in the permanent caravan car park. For what it is, it was ludicrously overpriced. The staff are lovely but the business clearly lacks a love of or understanding of hospitality. A beautiful field with a lake is behind and empty! Very strange. Apparently they moved all of the Glamping to the car park so it was closer to the toilets. Big mistake! If access was really that bad I would have built an additional toilet, but even with 2 small children, I would have much rathered the slightly longer walk to the toilets than Glamping in a car park with your neighbours so close. The website is misleading this should be re-branded as camping. Every little item is extra (even children’s games!) and dated, the bedding, decor and finish are all very cheap feeling, without the cheap price to match. The staff are really great, shout out to Rob who was so welcoming. Unfortunately we would not return on recommend.

We stayed in one of the Bell tents and it was absolutely brilliant. We have two young girls and they loved every moment of it. Damien and Jo met us from the car and couldn't be more helpful or accommodating. We had loads of space, the beds were comfortable and the shower blocks were absolutely spotless. We can't wait to go back

Just back from a brilliant two night stay in one of the stargazer yurts (even though the clouds prevented any stargazing!). All hosts were friendly, helpful and accommodating and everything we needed was avaliable. Facilities were lovely and clean and dogs were more than welcome! Thanks for a lovely stay, would definitely recommend

We have returned from our stay here in the dome tent which was excellent, all the luxuries of camping! We were so well looked after for our stay and nothing was too much trouble. Would really recommend for something different .
