Following a fall on the cliff path within minutes of seeking first aid assistance we were attended to extremely quickly and skilfully by Jane the assistant manager. She expertly and carefully administered first aid to head and facial injuries.

WOW! Firstly im home but i wish i was back at the Hotel as the room was breathtaking! This was our second year staying at the hotel, and it was a hard act to follow after last year, but boy did it deliver! From when we booked we were looked after at every turn by the wonderful staff. Any email questions were answered promptly and efficiently. When we arrived for our stay we were allowed to store our luggage so that we could go for a coastal walk, we even got a call when our room was ready earlier than expected (annoyingly i was out of signal when they called, but thats one of the beauties of the coastpath out there!). On entering our room we were transported to a world of pure luxury, and the most stunning sea view you would wish to see. The room was smart, tidy, clean, it had all you could want in the way of treats (coffees, various teas, hot chocolate, biscuits), the bathroom had lovely robes, and a great selection of lovely smelling toiletries. The bed was huge, and very comfy. Room temperature was great and did i say the view was breathtaking!! Well it was and we couldnt stop staring out at it. In the evening we had a meal in the restaurant, the menu was great with lots of local produce on offer, the staff were polite and helpful, the food arrived promptly and was delicious. I had Pork Belly and my wife had a fabulous Rib-eye steak. The next day we had a breakfast, buffet and continental, again the quality was amazing and i have to say everything on the breakfast was cooked to perfection, it was the best breakfast ive eaten out. When we checked out we were again allowed to leave our luggage for the day so we could do another walk along the coastpath. The front desk staff we dealt with, Treve and Adele, were brilliant. We also dealt with another lady with dark hair on arrival who was lovely. Nothing is too much trouble, they are happy, cheerful and informative about the hotel and the whole Lands End Experience. Did i say the room was AMAZING? If you fancy a stay down west then this place caters for you brilliantly, if you are visiting the area it is a great location for coastal walks and for all the entertainment at the attraction. We will be booking again for next year, and requesting the same room, the only change we would make is that next year we will be booking for a longer stay!! Well done Land's End Hotel Team.

Beautiful hotel with stunning views. We stayed in the deluxe ocean view room which was spacious and comfortable. The toiletries were lovely and the breakfast was amazing with plenty of choice. All the staff we met were lovely. The bar area was comfortable for a drink in the evening with a good menu

Wonderful stay From booking on the phone with the lovely Niamh, who also greeted us and checked us in, to Andi and all the other staff without exception, the staff were friendly, helpful and professional. Spotless room, stunning sea view, the sunsets! Some may say a limited evening menu choice but the 'lighter menu' mackerel pate was to die for!! Dog friendly, our dog was made to feel welcome too which made it even more special. Would love to return same time next year. Visit to the attractions was free to hotel guests but very expensive for daytrippers, especially with families. Thank you everyone, well done!!

The reception staff we helpful room ok clean and fine but after that it went downhill. Made a restaurant book for a anniversary meal but on arrival we were ignored. Had to go ask where we were seated and was told sit anywhere and go to the bar to order drinks and a meal. Not restaurant service was a bar service. Chosen food was not available was not asked about any dietary requirements ordered a sub standard meal ( could have gone to to macdonalds.) Was not just us in the restaurant that was disappointed. We went to the first and last house on site but i will say this will be the fist and ladt time we will come here. Lets just see what breakfast is like in the morning.

Excellent value, friendly staff, refurbished rooms, bar & restaurant. We stayed here on 3rd/4th March 24. The staff are really helpful and friendly especially the lovely lady on reception. View out to sea is breathtaking. Definitely recommend for a winter/spring break. Dog friendly too.

Wow . Such a lovely piece of tranquility. The hotel was amazing. From when we arrived to the moment we left. Staff are friendly, attentive and so chatty. The food is incredible. The chests are serving exquisite delicious yummy food. The rib eye steaks with garlic butter just melts in your mouth. The room was fantastic. Cannot recommend highly enough. It was so relaxing and very enjoyable 2 days . The location is amazing and quiet .

We treated ourselves to a one night stay at this hotel, with breakfast included, on our road trip around Cornwall. There is free carparking available for hotel guests. Reception was brilliant, patient, efficient and welcoming. Our room was on the second floor with an amazing view out to sea. Stairs for access to upper levels. The renovated bathroom was sparkling clean with a timer - heated towel rail. Room size was adequate, a little larger would have been fantastic, comfortable beds, poor reception on TV but I guess we were at Land's End. Cleanliness was very good all round. Kettle in room with tea coffee etc. We ate dinner at the inhouse restaurant. Please book. Nearby dinner venues were not open the night we stayed. Prices were reasonable but the meals were mediocre. Dinner service was slow, which we had expected because we had been advised that they were short staffed. Overnighting at this location offered ample time to explore the stunning surroundings and to watch the breath-taking sunset at leisure. Not to mention getting up at the crack of dawn to inhale the invigorating sea air and wander in peace along the walking trails, without the crowds. At late evening and early morning, outside of opening hours, opportunity to take lots of photographs at the iconic Land's End signpost, marking the most south-westerly point on mainland Britain, which sadly is due to be removed as I write. Breakfast was standard fare for the UK, cereals, fresh fruit, pastries, juices and all the components for a full hot English breakfast. Options for everyone. Table service at breakfast was good. Would recommend.

Locals break . The best rooms stayed in them all over the years. Our favourites are THOMASINA and ADMIRAL BOSTON. This time we were with Admiral Boston. In this room the room has perfect sea view with a floor to roof window , raised area with seating so you can sit and watch the view with a glass of vino. The room has been revamped since we stayed last year. Soft pastels , pretty throw and cushions, bright new furniture which really made the room so much lighter and bigger . A fabulous asset ! Fab range of coffees and teas, still and sparkling waters. Complimentary shampoo and conditioner which contains essential oils and hand wash to die for . Do not think of squirrelling it in your luggage however as there is a reminder that these items will be charged to your card. The products can be bought at reception should you wish but are pricey at £20 for a hand wash . But they are lovely . Lovely touch of bath robes and slippers, sleep kit also. So the not so good was mainly the large group of photographers who were staying. Mainly on our floor and who got up at 0540 to photograph the sun rise slamming doors and chattering at normal volume, having no regard for us who are trying to relax . I phoned reception and threw a mini Karen at the poor chap who was lovely and said he would have a word with them. Again the restaurant was dominated by this huge table of probably 20. It was loud and the waitress bless her looked awkward when we were showed to our romantic table for 2. She apologised for the noise. In hindsight she should have probably suggested to seat us in the bar , which we would have asked had we realised it was an option. We learnt this the following day , and once we discovered the big group were booked in at the same time as us to eat, we went in 2 hours earlier to avoid them. The food is excellent. The staff are courteous and helpful. The breakfast is 5 star quality . The rooms are cleaned to a very high standard and the hotel looks sharp, modern, with charm and character. It was very obvious to us that everywhere had a revamp since our last visit and it made a huge impact !! Fabulous as always . Will be back next year ! Only rated 4 and not 5 due to the noisy guests .
