Overall it’s not worth your money and time!!! They have a lot of hidden charges. Room is not pleasant. Swimming pool is dirty. Foul odor at the hotel’s hallway. It’s really a nightmare staying at this hotel.

Dear Guest, Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. While I wish you had a better experience, it is feedback like this that we learn from and use to improve. We work hard to deliver an exceptional guest experience, and it's apparent in this case that we fell short. If you give us a chance to earn back your trust, I can assure you that we will do our best to give you the great hotel experience that so many of our guests have grown so fond of. Sincerely, The Oriental Hotel-Bataan.

My wife and I traveled in Bataan for a church event which ended pretty late and decided to book a hotel to sleep in after. We came across The Oriental Bataan at Travelbook PH and saw its good rating. The place didn't disappoint and met our expectations, exceeded even. Staff are very courteous, room are nicely done and public places were very clean. And the buffet breakfast are phenomenal.

The Oriental Hotel in Bataan is versatile destination hotel right at the heart of the Freeport Area of Bataan. You can go there thru bus or ferry. I gave stayed there twice for different occasions. One for for pleasure with the family and second for business with officemates for our team building. On both occasions, the Oriental satisfied our expectations and needs. For our personal experience with the wife and kid in June 2018, we went there via ferry at the MOA Pasay terminal. we arrived around 7pm, although we initially had major problems with our bus ride from the ferry port, to the bus drop-off point, then to the hotel who wasnt as welcoming as expected, but after that night, everything was on the way up. starting the next day, things were clearing up. we enjoyed the spa services, the delectable Asian cuisine, and the overall personal cozyness. AND, I appreciated the effort on the part of the staff when our return trip via ferry was cancelled due to the stormy weather conditions at sea so they informed us of such and brought us to the nearest bus station so we can get back home. I enjoyed our trip so much that i recommended the Oriental to my officemates as a possible venue for our team building in August 2018. After just 2 months i was back at the Oriental. There i saw how they had adjusted from a hotel for individuals to venue for events. very impressive. all of our special needs and concerns were provided hassle free so that we could have the full Oriental experience as a group. everyone was happy when we home. Special thanks to the entire Oriental Bataan management and staff, and to Mayor Ace Jello Concepcion
