This is a great little hotel on a nice street in Prauchuap. The lady who owns it is wonderful and very helpful. It’s on a fairly pleasant street with a nice front and back seating area. The rooms are nice and very clean. The customer service is what makes the place especially great.

We had a one day trip in Prachuap with Sherry and it was very very nice ! I recommend it, she speaks english very well and she is very kind. She show us Thai food so good that we didn’t know yet and bring us to see some cut little monkeys to feed them. Then we went to the national parc the visit elephants quietly and explain us a lot of things about around the place. Go with her you will enjoy for sure ! ;)

It’s about 15 minutes walk from the main train station and about 5 minutes from the sea. The owners are friendly and can also give tourist information. There’s a communal kitchen which you can use with a fridge, toaster kettle hotplate and a microwave oven. I booked a private room with Agoda and was expecting my own bathroom but it was shared. Please update your Agoda listing as it’s misleading. The room was nice and big with aircon, a fan and a desk. The bed was comfortable. The wifi worked well. There’s also a shared balcony on the top floor. There’s a 7/11 about 3 minutes walk away. Safehouse was nice and quiet

I rarely give 5 star ratings for anything. So this hostel is one of the best I ever stayed at. Sherry (the owner) and her parents are such lovely and hard working people. They will do everything within their ability to make you feel comfortable and they know a lot about the area. + stayed in an air-conditioned 2 bed dormitory. + very clean hostel. 1 cold water & 1 hot water shower bathroom. + free use of well equipped kitchen + free drinking water & instant coffee + free locker + safe bicycle parking in the lobby + mostly sociable guests + excellent value for little money Definitely a winner!

Prachuap khiri khan is the perfect place to breath the sea breeze and a real thai ambience. Relax at the beach, eat fresh fish, visit the night market, sit in peaceful meditation at the Buddhist temple. Nobody will push you around to buy or doing something. And then staying at this hotel , basic but very cozy, you will have the privilege to meet the beauty and warm of Sherry and her parents. This is Thailand I love!

This has been one of my favourite places so far. We originally came for 5 nights we ended up adding another 2 nights because it was just the break we needed. The hostel is clean, rooms are clean and comfortable with good aircon and the general vibe is chilled. Sherry and her family go above and beyond to look after you and help to arrange days out. Definatly would return. Also try a bar on the beach front called "Maggies wine bar" does food, drink and live music.

We didn't stay in this hostel but in our hostel they couldn't help us booking a tour so we tried at Safehouse hostel. The lady working there is just the best! Her English is very good (pretty rare here in Prachuap Khiri Khan ;) ) and she was so helpful! She told us everything we needed to know about the elephant safari we wanted to do in Kui Buri national park. Also I wanted to book my ferry from Chumphon to Koh Phangan online but I couldn't. So I asked her what to do. She called 3 different numbers and in the end I had my ticket :) One of the most helpful persons I have met so far! If I ever come back to Prachuap Khiri Khan I'll stay at this hostel for sure :)))

Run by the eternally cheerful and down to earth Sherry, this budget hostel gets just about everything right! It's set a couple of streets back from the beach in a homely 3 story building and offers dorm beds (for about 250) and family rooms for as little as 750 (for 4) if you book on Agoda. There is air conditioning throughout and the beds and pillows are ridiculously comfortable (so much so that we found it hard to leave). The hostel is spotless and has a full kitchen that guests are welcome to use! Sherry is full of knowledge and makes you feel like one of the family from the moment you arrive. Her and her dad are relaxed and easy going and can point you to delicious night market food (one of the best we've been to) as well as gorgeous near by beaches and top sites. I heartily recommend this place and it remains one of my favorite Thai accommodations.
