Travellers from areas near Montreal, Ottawa and Toronto will find this a great place to stop en route to the Maritimes. The b&b is a lovely surprise, tucked away on a park-like property with beautiful gardens. The house was purpose-built, with large rooms and high ceilings. Each room has a well-designed en-suite bathroom. The decor all over the house is very attractive and uncluttered. The beds are very comfortable, with quality linens. Best of all, owner Norma is charming and helpful - and provides a delicious breakfast, complete with regional specialities. We loved it and we will definitely return.

After a 12.5 hour drive, we were warmly welcomed by Nora who showed us around the lovely house. She spoke with us about breakfast the next morning, pointed out the beautiful gardens and showed us to our room. It was perfect with ample space and a very nice bathroom that had a shower and a tub. The queen-sized bed was very comfortable with nice bedding and pillows. We woke up in the morning to a wonderful breakfast with fellow travelers. We were served coffee, tea and juices with traditional New Brunswick griddle cakes called Ploye that were served with jam, followed by eggs benedict and fresh fruit. We chatted with the lovely people at the table and even got some good recommendations for places we were headed. It was a perfect stop along our travels.

We had a pleasant stay for one night on our way to Newfoundland. Quiet location surrounded by trees. Clean, comfortable and spacious location. Norma welcomed us at the door and shown us the room and the facilities. She prepared an excellent breakfast next morning. I would recommend this place for one day or for a few days and I would definitely stay again.

Wonderful place to stay! Super-clean, great service, easy to get to from TCH, and AMAZINGLY comfortable bed. Flat screen in bedroom, bath and shower in our room, luxury bedding and wonderful backyard view of yard/garden. If we do not return it would only be because of the price ...a little much for a simple ‘stop-over’, but perhaps it was because we had one of the more expensive rooms due to their being fully-booked. (The wonderful breakfast which Host ‘Norma’ prepared helped ‘soften the blow’ 😉.). A full, hot breakfast with a few surprises thrown-in👌 We would recommend it to our friends!!!

We spent a most enjoyable night at Au NiDaigle on our road trip thru NB, PEI and Gaspe. Norma met us at the front door as we approached the spacious front porch, and graciously showed us around the premises, including our spacious and well appointed room with a balcony overlooking the grounds. Is located a little out of town and is quiet and peaceful. Norma accommodated us by preparing a slightly earlier than usual delicious full Acadian breakfast including ployes before our early morning departure. A lovely B&B.
