At 8AM, someone from maintenance/hotel staff tried to access our door without even informing us or asking the reception first which rooms are empty before trying to fix the doors. It’s already loud as it was talking outside our room (I can hear the whole conversation and can hear them tryin to open the door) and fixing the door access across our room. It was nice of one lady from the office who apologized to me - although that was after I sent an email to the customer service about my complaint.

Stayed one week and pleased with the attitude of the support staff, they will help you in the best effort they could from local errands to calling a taxi. This is a newly built hotel, located near Sta. Lucia Mall in Cainta. Service is highly appreciated.

I will definitely come back to this hotel.

Had to book a room here one night that I couldn't get home due to a typhoon. I don't know when you would book a room here, otherwise, since there is nothing around but residential areas. The room was very clean and comfy. Actually very nice, but Too pricey for the type of room, service and location.

Never go here because of roaming cockroaches in the room. Their receptionist was never apologetic for such inconvenience. Situation was poorly handled. Anna the receptionist was arrogant. NEVER GO HERE!

I made a reservation for my parents who came to Manila to visit and it seemed to be the nicest hotel for a decent price in the area.

The condotel is in it's own gated plot off of Felix Ave. The lobby is very nicely furnished and clean. I asked the receptionist how new the place was and found out it was only opened April 2015. The public restrooms there are quite huge, the gym seemed decent and the pool was nice. I didn't stay there myself, so I didn't get to use these amenities, but the pool water did look like it needed some maintenance. The reservation came with free breakfast, which my parents said was good.

The "superior room" (1 bed) was furnished well. The bathroom was a decent size and they had a rain showerhead. They have wifi, but my parents complained about how it kept requiring them to log on every 10 minutes. It has a flat-screen TV mounted on the wall and a good amount of electrical outlets to use.

The power to the room runs off of your keycard, so when you leave the room it will cut off the Aircon if you wanted to leave it on to cool down the room (although this is a good way to waste electricity). You should be able to ask for a second keycard if you wanted to use it just to keep the electricity on while you're out.

Since the condotel was new, there weren't many guests or residents in the place. Plenty of open parking spaces.

Overall, it's a very nice place to stay at a cheap price.

Note 1: Agoda listed some blowout sale (50% off) with a total of P2250, but if you just call the hotel, you can get the same room for P1880. So always call the hotel to see if you can get a cheaper price that way.

Note 2: The one bad thing I must point out is the bathtub set up. The tub fixture itself is very bulky and requires a huge step to get over. Normally this isn't the biggest deal, but if you're not the most nimble it can be a hassle. It just so happens that my mom is a little on the heavier side. She had to awkwardly try to get into the bathtub, the "non-slip" mat in the bathtub slipped, she fell and had a huge bruise on her upper thigh.

Overall, for the price, this condotel is solid. I was impressed by the cleanliness and furnishings. The only issue was with the bathtub.

They ruined my Father's Day weekend. 200 characters is not enough to express how disappointed we were. They do not advice guests if amenities are available even if we called them and the staff were aware of this. Really terrible experience.

I stayed here for almost one week. My first impression of the hotel was a spacious hotel with nice swimming pool. The check-in process was fine. All the receptionists were very nice, friendly. However they didn't really provide us information for the area around there (even when we ask. One advantage of this hotel must be the nice rooms with nice view. However, the breakfast only were some rice, bread, sausage, egg and too sweet coffee I just swam in the pool for 1 time because the water contains too much chlorine. They don't really have laundry service, no compliment water inside the room (so I had to ask for that). They have free wifi, but each time you want ot reach the wifi, you have to log in again with another password and user name. I think it's not worthy to protect a wifi like that. It's so much work to do for both customers and staffs. Anyway, I didn't expect too much. Therefore if you are trying to look for accomodation only, I think it's fine.

Agoda listed the price of "Superior Room" at a blowout sale of 50% off. The price was P1800 + P450 in taxes/fees. Total price was 2250. I called the hotel and asked for the price of the hotel and it was P1880. Just call them if you can, it'll save you 400 Pesos.
