At 8AM, someone from maintenance/hotel staff tried to access our door without even informing us or asking the reception first which rooms are empty before trying to fix the doors. It’s already loud as it was talking outside our room (I can hear the whole conversation and can hear them tryin to open the door) and fixing the door access across our room. It was nice of one lady from the office who apologized to me - although that was after I sent an email to the customer service about my complaint.

On December 28,2019, we found left over food from previous guests on the drawer which is an indicator that they don’t clean in between guests. A closet door in one of the rooms fell while being opened and significantly injured one of our family members. They do not maintain the facility well. Yet they had the nerve to charge extra for the third guest or more in a 2 bedroom suite(?). This is more like a dorm for foreigners who are probably working illegally in this country.

It was a dirty hotel, dirty linens. and limited towels. Wifi is terrible. Food is awful as well. Can not say anything nice about this yucky hotel. When I came in I smelled The pillow case and it seems they haven't changed the linens, They just sprayed something t look and smell as it was replaced but it"s not.

I stayed here for almost one week. My first impression of the hotel was a spacious hotel with nice swimming pool. The check-in process was fine. All the receptionists were very nice, friendly. However they didn't really provide us information for the area around there (even when we ask. One advantage of this hotel must be the nice rooms with nice view. However, the breakfast only were some rice, bread, sausage, egg and too sweet coffee I just swam in the pool for 1 time because the water contains too much chlorine. They don't really have laundry service, no compliment water inside the room (so I had to ask for that). They have free wifi, but each time you want ot reach the wifi, you have to log in again with another password and user name. I think it's not worthy to protect a wifi like that. It's so much work to do for both customers and staffs. Anyway, I didn't expect too much. Therefore if you are trying to look for accomodation only, I think it's fine.

Stayed one night with a tour group and really pleasantly surprised at this fairly new hotel - surprised that it is in Cainta and not located in central Manila/Makati as it would do well there. Surprised at the quality of the rooms, bedding etc - international standards for a decent price. Surprised at the large beautiful pool. The whole hotel has been well planned and is aesthetically pleasing. The one area the hotel did not measure up was dining. I'm not sure too many people eat at their restaurant - where the food was good but it took over an hour for people to be served - granted we were a group of 20 and I don't think they had extra staff to help out. But even breakfast that we pre ordered the evening before took quite a while to appear even thought it was a very basic breakfast. So, outstanding hotel to stay in if you need a place to stay in Cainta/Antipolo area if travelling but also if you need a staycation, this would be a relaxing place to stay, but skip the restaurant and go out to eat!

Lack of proper room amenities. Room aircon was almost non functional. We request for extension for Prenup photo shoot, no available extension and spare electric fans. The room was humid due to aircon problem.

Never go here because of roaming cockroaches in the room. Their receptionist was never apologetic for such inconvenience. Situation was poorly handled. Anna the receptionist was arrogant. NEVER GO HERE!

This hotel is good for traveler who just want to stay near marikina, antipolo and east wood. we stayed at their signatured two bedroom. if you are not that meticulous about little details this is a good hotel to stay. Robinson grocery, McDonalds,Jollibee, ministop is near. Sta.lucia mall and Robinsons mall is also just a mile away or one ride away from the hotel. we stay here for 4nights and 5days.. The morning staff are very nice and accomodating. they have free wifi but you have to get the log in details every day in the front desk because the log in details is changing every day.
