We stayed at the campground in August 2021. The cabin was nice, no bedding provided (only for a fee), no washroom in the cabin. There is an outdoor fully equipped kitchen with water and barbecues available. There is microwave and fridge in the cabin. There is a small and dated playground. There are washer and drier and warm showers and washrooms in the Administrative building as well as a mini store. Overall the place is pretty nice if you are ok to walk to the washroom.

Spent one night in this cabin
Ed was kind enough to change my date when I book wrong week online... very nice.
This place is good for families with lots of kids running around. Revelstoke was the cabin we stayed in, it appeared to be clean but had lots of chairs stacked up in corner... made me think it was storage overflow. Cabin was equipped with heater, ceiling fan and mini fridge and microwave.
There was water draining all around our cabin but not the others, almost slipped on more then one occasion. Lots of road noise.

I think they have some good ideas but nothing seems to be completed. Not a rv camp ground for large rvs. Pretty rustic. Friendly staff. Highway noise as you are only 200 yards away from the road. I have to say the only campsite I have been to that I was level from side to side.

I waited over a week before posting a review in hopes that the owner would do the right thing.
My husband, baby and I had a pretty bad stay in trailer #8. It was just over $170 to rent for a night.
We got in to the trailer and could smell an awful odour. I should have looked around better but I had to feed my baby. I used some Lysol wipes and sniffed around… could smell sewer outside, inside and overall just a gross smell.
It started getting late so we set up. The outlets in the kitchen didn’t work… we wanted to set up our bottle warmer and coffee pot.
We called a staff member to come help us with the outlets… he came in the trailer and pretty much said sorry can’t help you. So we put the coffee pot and bottle warmer in to the bedroom…
Husband went to go for a shower and there was no water pressure. I did dishes with no water pressure.. At this point we are pretty bummed out.
Around 1am my husband wakes up abruptly and said ok this bed smells. We ripped the sheets up to discover it had massive pee stains and my husband smelled like someone’s pee… we were so upset we stayed up all night and left at 6am.
One of the staff members apologized and admitted to smelling the pee in text!!

I’ve been trying to contact the owner all week… and nothing.

I called back today to be greeted by a very rude women saying I’ve made this all up and they were in there the same day and I’m lying.
Ok then… here’s the photos and the text from the staff member. Real professional guys. Also how disgusting?!?! especially cause they clearly haven’t removed or cleaned the mattress since!!! Unbelievable…

Terrible experience at this campground.
Listed on their website as having cooking facilities, coffee house on site, snack bar, Wi-Fi, mini market but all are not available here.
No wifi in cabins, dirty and smelly room/bathrooms.
Would have hoped to have some kind of facilities for the extraordinary prices paid.
Left early, requested for a refund and spoke to the manager but he was very rude and inconsiderate.
I don’t usually post bad reviews but thought best to inform others.

The website lies none of the amenities as described exist. We did have WiFi and the washrooms were fine but this did not make up for the deplorable state of the site absolutely disgusting and disgraceful. Do not stay here until massive changes are made. Photos of the kitchen and the bags of rubbish by reception illustrate the appalling state of affairs

Couldn't stay because of Covid 19. But they charged our credit card for our cabin and our sons camping stall. Even though we called months in advance. We were told as long as we cancelled a month before we wouldn't be charged. I will never stay here again. Nor will I recommended this place. So sad

The staff was friendly and cooperative. Facility close to revelstoke and services. Would stay again. We stayed beside a creek with cold, flowing water. It made the difference and if possible, would stay in the same sport always.

Terrible campground. Deplorable conditions. We stayed in one of the cabins and it was the worst camping/ housing conditions of our lives. Worse than a homeless tent city on the streets. Nothing was available to us. We couldn’t even make a sandwich with no facilities provided. Toilet and shower was disgusting and not maintained. Had to hike in the freezing cold just to get to the washroom. No wifi signal. Discharging staff member and owner of the grounds. DO NOT STAY HERE. They should be shut down.

When we arrived and went to check in for our 6 person cabin at an advertised cost of $65.95 (as per their website and phone call back in April) the kind lady really helped us by adding a per person fee also of around $4 per person per night...Mmmm... so I kept quiet after all we and she knew we couldn't find anywhere else at this point. But hey she said we could have complimentary coffee in the morning...yay complimentary coffee...wait a minute I just paid an extra $4 per person per night! Then to keep us in the real camping feel she asked 'can you bring your own cup?' Wait a minute... I don't have cups! Hence the cabin rental, no coffee for me...or I might just take one of the paper cups they had hidden...hehe. Then we were told about the ice cream and the incentive to buy. We got a dollar coupon to spend between the family! Yeah! So we went to get our ice cream after going to the cabin. Climbing the stairs and entering the FroYo bar my kids eyes lit up and so did my bank managers, it was roughly 65cents an ounce. But hey we had a dollar to spend, a lick of the spoon each :) yeah! So the next morning after dreaming about our FroYo I went to get my...ahem..complimentary coffee in a nice cup...but wait...I'm no coffee connoisseur but it was watered down so much I though satan had come during the night and peed in the coffee urn... ah well I thought I'll go get showered and ready for the day... before I went to relieve myself of my own coffee brew and found the urinal behind...wait for it... a curtain... good thing I'm not self conscious...lol. Then to the shower, yes we had one shower for all of the great campers to share...so line up time...

Ah well, at least I was here with friends, well at least some... you see friends in the other cabin also paid a $4 per person per day fee that's not found on their website...but hey they got a gift..sucks for us I know. They were making a bed and they found a nice long brown surprise...you see after satan left the coffee for me he left a number two under one of their mattresses...lol. So they went down to talk to the good old hostess again and also asked for a splash of milk from the opened milk in the fridge for their complimentary tea (they brought their own cup), of course she said 'it'll be $3.50 for the milk' bahahaha... so they didn't mention the brown surprise and so it remains...fermenting....

Then our other friends arrived but they couldn't stay because our good hostess had rented their prebooked cabin to someone else...lol

All in all, if you really desire a campground with septic tanks covered with rotting plywood, a kids park on the road with cars, surprise costs etc and absolutely terrible and lacking amenities then this is the camp ground for you :) just make sure you have all your shots, life insurance and oh a cup...
