The Craigleith Manor was a fabulous two night stay to celebrate our 25 Anniversary! Our room (The Birch Suite) as well as common areas (the living room, eating areas and deck) were comfortable and elegant. Breakfast was amazing (especially the brie omelet) and very filling. Access to the Georgian Trail via their backyard was an easy way to begin cycling. The property was large enough and landscaped to provide a private setting. Guy, Craig and Fergus were a great team and made us feel right at home. Thank you for a wonderful stay.
Guy, Craig and Fergus made a special celebration even more special. Breakfast was "simply the best". Our room, flowers and stay more than met our expectations. On the Georgian trail. Highly recommend.
What a fabulous place to stay! If you are looking for very beautiful, classic and country home charm this is the place to stay, nestled between Collingwood, Blue Mountain and minutes from Scandinave Spa. The service was impeccable and the breakfast omg! Guy and Craig are amazing hosts and provide an amazingly clean and friendly environment. We will definitely be back!
I can't imagine staying anywhere else in the Collingwood region. Location was A+ (home is right on the Georgian trail and bikes are available for rent onsite), accommodations were A+ (rooms were quiet and well appointed), food was A+ (great selections each morning...Guy is a talented chef), and hospitality was A++ (it didn't take long for us to feel right at home). We also appreciated the concierge service for reservations at local attractions and restaurants...can't wait to return.
Craigleith Manor is one of the best experiences you will ever have for a Bed and Breakfast. Craig and Guy, the owners, are some of the nicest and genuine people I have met and I recommend going here! It's a 10/10, with wonderful view. Quiet and serene location and the breakfast is amazing! The amount of hospitality received here is second to none.
This was by far, one of the absolute best experiences. Guy and Craig (and Fergus, President and CEO) were wonderful hosts. Their home is beautiful with thought given to everything a guest might need and more. The backyard is an oasis and we loved spending time outside, as well as inside when the weather turned. The rooms were perfectly cleaned and tidy, and the beds were very comfortable. Breakfast was delicious. I highly recommend the Craigleith B&B to anyone looking for a little getaway. Look no further; you're home!
We're cyclists and self -professed "foodies" and always enjoy the Collingwood/Thornbury/Meaford area. Guy & Craig's B & B backs right onto the Georgian Trail (perfect) which gives us quick access. The home and the breakfasts were superb, Guy's style and attention to every detail made us feel spoiled everyday! A beautiful spacious home, that encouraged comfort and relaxation. We will DEFINITELY be returning.
My husband and I had a wonderful time celebrating our 10th anniversary at this B+B. Beautiful and quiet location, impeccably clean B+B and the hosts were extremely welcoming and professional. Their recommendations for activities and dining in the area were greatly appreciated. The Georgian trail passing right behind the property was also a huge bonus for easy access. They also served the best breakfasts we have ever had at a B+B. Highly recommend Craigleith Manor to anyone looking for a beautiful spot to unwind. I'm sure we'll be back in the future!!
My husband and I had a great time at this B&B! Their home is beautiful, and our bedroom was quite comfortable. We appreciated the fact that the Georgian Trail goes along the back of the property so it makes it easy if you plan to bike or walk along the trail which we did both days. Guy is a chef and prepared delicious breakfasts for us both days. Highly recommend this B&B!
Everything was first class from the most comfortable bed and linens to the clean and attractive rooms and outside space. Guy went out of the way to have delicious breakfasts suited to our tastes. Every detail of the experience was thought of. A lovely view of the mountain and trees surrounding the property. A good walk on the Georgian trail right out back into the town of Collingwood if you like longer walks.
