The air conditioning/heating unit was extremely loud. The wall mounted system to turn the heat up or down never changed anything to what the unit really did. The temperature in the room was 69 degrees when I came in, but was set for 71. It was too chilly, so I set it for 74.

Dear Mr. Daniel, Please accept our deepest apologies for what you went through. Again I have no words to express how sorry we are that you experience all these issues during your stay. These kind of issues are definitely not acceptable and are not part of our brand standards. I will investigate everything that happened and will email you directly regarding such matter. We have future renovation projects in which your comments are very important and valuable, but your concerns will be shared with our management team so that we can take the proper steps to improve our services and the condition of every room in our hotel including parking lot and everything you have addressed. I know a written apology may not change your experience but I do want you to know that we take your comments seriously and we care very much so we will work diligently to make the proper changes for the betterment of our hotel. Thank you for your honesty and we hope that you can give us a chance to make it right.

We are happy to know that you had a great stay and that we were there to provide you with a warm welcome and friendly staff and a good service as we strive for that every single day. We hope to have the opportunity to have you wit us and of course hopefully we dont have sports team so hotel can be quieter. As our teams are here for different tournaments they tent to be a bit loud even though we try very hard to make sure they respect and consider our other guests. Thank you again for your comments and we will use them to better our services.

This location was very convenient in working in and around the KWC area. I had complimentary water bottles in my room each day and the linens were very clean and soft. Overall condition of hotel is pretty good (bathrooms could use an update soon) and rooms and bathrooms are

What is the breakfast menu? also is it room service or dining.
It is a buffet breakfast and quite well done, all sorts of hot foods and cereals, coffee, tea, juices. The area is also very nice to sit in and the staff are always pleasant.
