I really enjoyed my stay here. I booked two nights for me and my partner so we could have a romantic weekend to ourselves. Unfortunately our puppy got sick after we checked in so I’m so happy this hotel is pet friendly, as we needed to bring him in the hotel with us so we could look after him. We had a club room, which gives access to the club lounge which is amazing because you get complimentary drinks and snacks. The snacks were great, my favourite was the sliders. Also got free breakfast as well which would be the buffet breakfast decent amount of food to choose from. The paid breakfast at crave is incredible the pancakes were fluffy and delicious and egg Benedict was very yum. The staff were all very friendly at this hotel. The only con would be the cleanliness of our room. The majority of the room was clean there were just a few stains on the bed sheets, couple tissues in one of the drawers and an empty water bottle in the fridge. I’m someone who has to go through everything whenever I go in a hotel, so seeing those things were a bit of a turn off for me but overall everything else was very clean. I really loved the lighting in the washrooms as it is great makeup/selfie lighting :). The jacuzzi tub was very relaxing. I like how there is lots of channels to choose from on the tv and there is no limitation to the volume. Love how there is a Starbucks in the lobby, and the Crave restaurant had great food to choose from. Also there is free parking which is also always amazing. Great area lots of dinning to choose from.
Definitely would come back again to this hotel

Stayed here for one night during the pandemic because we were moving house. There was no Mobile Key available so had to do a manual check in which meant touching keypad and handing my credit card to the guest services member. Was told that Mobile Key was not yet available at this property. Restaurant was closed due to precautionary measures but they offered a room service menu. The menu was ok for a casual lunch but would not class it as a good dinner menu. Ended up getting take out from The Keg. There is a Starbucks in the lobby which works well for a quick breakfast in the morning. When we arrived in our room the tv in the sitting area of the suite didn’t work but the front desk moved us to another room after maintenance couldn’t fix it. Overall it is a good place to stay but needs work to adapt during Covid-19 and step up their game for no-contact check in and better food options.

When I booked this hotel, I pictured it as a quiet suburban hotel. It was anything but. The hotel is connected to a fairly large convention center, small mall, health club (which guests have free access to), and another hotel (The Best Western). The lobby was always bustling, especially late at night with the bar hopping. We did stay during a holiday weekend so I'm sure that added to the action.

We stayed in the older original tower but the rooms are newly renovated, labeled "superior." Furnishings and finishings are very modern and of fairly high quality. The noise level from the hall wasn't good and I could hear people getting off the elevator, even woke up a couple times from it. Also, room took some effort to cool down from the warm summer temps. We set the thermostat to 18.5 Celsius but I don't think it could ever reach that temp.

The outdoor pool at the health club is nice but a bit cold. The health club also has a very expansive gym, squash, and a large indoor pool. There is an additional smaller indoor pool that is not part of the health club.

The employees were all pretty friendly and accommodating.

The Starbucks is convenient but I wish they opened earlier than 8a on the weekends as we wanted to get started with our day earlier. The Tim Hortons next door is an alternative but always seemed very busy and slow.

Overall, this hotel offered an excellent value on a very expensive weekend for most hotels in Toronto. It's location is excellent and while not technically in the city of Toronto is very convenient to attractions and actually not far from downtown if traffic is light.

The four of us stayed two nights at the Sheraton Parkway Toronto North Hotel & Suites. We book a Premium 1 Bedroom Suite with 1 King and Sofa beds. The suite doesn't have enough closet space. Only one closet next to the main entrance, and the safe is in the same closet. Three out of the 4 drawers in the bedroom are filled with blankets, and extra pillows. The bed is not very comfortable and I can feel the coils digging into my back.
The living/sitting room are not very spacious. Once you pulled out the sofa bed, you wont' be able to walk to the desk, unless you crawled over the sofa bed. Found cobweb one of the upper corners in the living/sitting space. Also found leftover tapes on the ceiling from the previous guest. The walk is paper thin, because we can hear the loud talking from the guests in the hallways, and when people knocked on the room doors. Don't expect too much of the sofa bed. They didn't have a tag, which bottle water is complimentary.
The bathroom has a separate whirlpool tub and shower. No soap dish in the bathroom for the soap they provided. One of the corners in the shower has mildew/mold. Water pressure is a bit low. There is no instruction on how to turn on the whirlpool, and you would need to call the guest service for instruction. After housekeeping visited our suite, they never refilled the body wash attached to the shower stall, also didn't refill the tissue box, and didn't clean the floor in the bathroom, because we still found many hair on the floor. Only gave us 2 bath towels, when the suite is booked for 4 adults. Every night, we would have to call guest service, so housekeeping would bring us extra towels.
The outdoor parking lot doesn't have any EV charging station, unless they are in the indoor parking lot.
I like the location of the hotel, which is right next to Hwy 7. It is a very nice touch that the suite comes with a microwave and mini-refrigerator. The mini-refrigerator works very well, and kept our drinks very cool/cold.
Housekeeping needs major improvement, because I found an opened soda can sitting outside the elevator for 3 days+, because housekeeping never removed it. Overall, this hotel didn't meet Sheraton standard. We're disappointment with our stay.

I was here for the first time for a conference. The hotel smells amazing when you walk in, which reminded me of 5 star hotels in Vegas. The customer service at the desk was prompt and courteous. When I arrived at my room I was pleasantly surprised with the updated room. Neutral colours provide a relaxing environment and the bathroom was clean with new shower and marble-like counter tops. Shower head was amazing! My only dis-like was the smell of the shampoo, body wash and conditioner. As a female, it reminded me of something a man would want. Although, very nice, I preferred to use my own body lotion and wash. The linen smelled clean and was simple. Not a thick duvet....pretty thing, however stayed warm. Plenty of plug-ins as well and USB ports.

I did not experience any real negatives, only a preference being pregnant. My room was right across from the elevator, and knowing this was a conference, I was not eager to listen to people later in the evening as my bed time has become a lot earlier lol. I requested a new room upon initial arrival, and let them know why, and they were prompt to show me a new room. However, the new room was diagonal from the elevators. No sense moving, so I stayed put but Guest Services said I could call back anytime if it was too loud and they could see what else they could do. It was noisy, however things were generally quiet after 10. Security was prompt to respond to noise complaints from my peers, which was nice. However, I was hoping they could have shown me a room not by the elevators. My sleep was not great the second night because of noise, but not worth changing my room for one more night. I had wished they could have given me a room farther down the hall in the beginning, seeing as I was pregnant and needing some good rest.

the conference facilities and rooms were very clean and new! I was pleasantly surprised. Lunch and breakfasts served were also very tasty!

We had a really good staycation here. To be honest we were very afraid and cautious as we haven't been in a hotel since the pandemic started, but from start to finish the whole experience was marvelous! The rooms were spotless and spacious, and I really love the modern take that they have begun to work around the location. In addition, the food at the patio is also top notch, I keep on recommending people to try the butter chicken here (seriously). All the staff were friendly and tried their best to make our stay a memorable one. In fact I ended up liking it so much I shot a video here afterwards. If there was a small feedback, it is that I personally like firmer pillows, but that's just a personal preference of mine.

Before we arrived, I called the hotel to explain certain requests that were very important to us. Upon arrival, the amazing front desk staff made check in simple and quick. The requests I made were provided to a T.
One evening, our AC unit turned on and could not be shut even though the thermostat was off. The building engineer had already gone home for the evening. The desk staff offered to move us immediately. We were already in bed and didn’t want to move. They offered more blankets. They were bending over to help us out. Suddenly the AC stopped by itself so we were fine for the rest of the night. The next morning the engineer came in as soon as we advised we were up. They took the unit apart and replaced parts as well as a new thermostat.
The customer service in this hotel is second to none, and I would not hesitate to return. I highly recommend this property to anyone who plans to stay in the area.
A big thanks to Sal and the rest of the Sheraton Parkway North staff.

Free parking, easy to park and convenient location for quick bites. We stayed this hotel in north part of Toronto before heading to Niagara falls from Quebec. The guest service lady was very polite and helpful directing us to nearby restaurant and hotel facilities. Moreover she has upgraded us to a better room. Only point I found bit odd was there was a group of student sport team, having a party in front of 3rd floor lift. They look like enjoying but some of kids were chatting outside our room and sitting on the floor.... Good they were enjoying though.

キューベックからナイアガラまでの途中に車で利用しました。ホテルは横に広く端から端まで距離がありますが、レストランは近場に多く、何よりも受け付けのスタッフがとても感じよく心地よく滞在できました。

We are extremely pleased with how our Portraits of Giving Celebration Event went at the Sheraton Parkway earlier this month. I always know that everything will be taken care of with so much care when we have events at the Sheraton. The room was beautiful, the food was delicious and their staff was extremely helpful when we needed anything.

I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone looking to host an event in the future.

The Sheraton Parkway North is an exceptional hotel providing exceptional service. I have stayed for business and personal reasons and the hotel is well equipped with all amenities, the service is second to none, and the staff are always looking to have their guests satisfied. The hotel is modern, rooms are very clean and fully equipped with all one could expect.

Within close walking distance are restaurants of any kind, a short drive will find you in downtown Toronto, and spa services are available to go with your Starbucks coffee.

I highly recommend the Sheraton Parkway North for business or personal travels and you will not be disappointed.

There is no hotel operated shuttle from Toronto airport to Hotel. There are Limo services that can be arranged by the hotel for a fixed amount. I have to laugh about the thought of bed bugs in this hotel. I have been coming several times a year for the last 16 years and have yet to see any bugs. I think the person who claims bed bugs must have been at another hotel.
Answer from HoiWong

There is no shuttle service between the hotel and the airport. The hotel is quite far away from the airport and there is no easy or inexpensive way to get there. After all, the hotel is in another city! Calling a taxi is the best option. I have been in this hotel a few times and I have been very fortunate. I never got any bed bugs.
