Detailed Reviews
The room was comfortable and clean. The Manager, Judy, was very helpful. The traffic noise was minimum. The breakfast was good. The room had a sweep on the door to minimize noise from the hallway which a a good feature that is not very common. The Hotel had an exercise room with the basic gym equipment.

The hotel is top notch a must recommend for any retreat, family vacation or personal outing. Staff starting from the manager to the kitchen are super friendly, professional and makes you feel valued and at home too. Conde red mec room very well prepared, top technology and prepared to meet all your needs. Hotel rooms are new, super clean, comfy and huge too. A special thanks to Shannon Gareau (manager), Carol-Ann and Samantha for their great support on our first family retreat for our communities in Montreal, Cornwall, ottawa and eastern canada. The kitchen lady was also super accommodating nice and working tireless for us. The cleaning staff I can’t find words to thank them as they were cleaning over the clock to keep the place tidy and comfy under the huge number of kids we had. The front desk staff super helpful Essabil, John, Tisha and all were very nice and helpful. This is our third time to stay for events in the hotel and sure not the last. Thanks for making our event a success because of your support

Stayed at the Hampton inn. It’s a hotel with a pool and fitness centre. Pet friendly and the staff seem very enthusiastic and helpful. The room. Hmmm, subpar! Smells like a kennel. I know I booked a pet friendly room but they need to work harder on cleaning. My house doesn’t smell like animals live there 24/7. I don’t expect my hotel room to smell like I’m sleeping in an animal shelter. Bring your diffuser and incense. There was a tv with a strange remote (clean remote) couldn’t figure that out. No instructions. Ended up watching tv on our iPad all night. The only cups in the room were two paper coffee cups. So we had to drink our evening beverages. Rinse and reuse for our bedtime tea, rinse and reuse for our morning coffee. It’s a paper cup! Need I say more? Some extra cups for more than morning coffee would be appreciated.
At 3 AM the red light started flashing on the phone for no reason. It woke me up. I had to get a towel to cover it up. I tried clearing it to no avail.
The bed, blankets and pillows were good. Coffee machine worked great. Fridge barely got cold. Lots of plugs and usb ports.
There was a free breakfast in the morning. There isn’t any information on their website saying the hours. Also because we have pets and they can’t stay in the room alone. It wasn’t an option we weren’t able to take advantage of.
Would I stay again for $280 plus per night? Probably not.

First of all thanks to Malik who deserves a 5/5. Warm and smiling welcome, he knew how to effectively solve our noise problem in the room. Malik also advised us very well on restaurants.
Classic Pension offering standard comfort. On the other hand when it comes to breakfast it is not great. Certainly it has what you need: fruit (Orange or apple) yogurt, waffles, muffins, etc...but cardboard plates, cardboard cups covered in wood, everything for a picnic!!

It is average for the good chain hotels. Impressed and what I like with such things like the design, atmosphere, feel, breakfast, pool. However, I gave 3/5 because the rooms were small and dark in comparison to the others. Prices could be better too.

Exceptional hotel for a retreat and family gathering. Excellent professional and friendly staff. We wanted to extend our dear gratitude for the exceptional event organizing sales manager Shannon Gareau and customer service by all staff Isabella, John, Ty’s and amazing Samantha. They all provided an excellent service during our recent stay at the Hampton Inn. From start to finish, everything was executed with professionalism and care, making our event a memorable success. Their attention to detail and commitment to excellence truly exceeded our expectations. The manger was there twice during her time off to ensure all is going well.
We look forward to returning in the future. Thanks yo all of you

Hotel was relative new. Able to use online checkin / checkout and digital key. Located such that crossing the border was easy. Comfortable bed, clean room. Breakfast was disappointing and didn’t find anything desirable. Nothing nearby to walk to for food.

Brand new Hampton on our way to North Harley. Staff (especially Jackie) but all were very helpful. Rooms are modern and very clean with lots of electronic charging options. Nicely appointed. Breakfast was usual Hampton but hot and kept clean. Easy to get to off 401 and return. I would stay again.
