We stayed here for 3 day and 2 nights, some of the staff are accomodating though there are some who are not. There is not much of a cellphone signal on this area and we only rely to the wifi connection and we can only have 1 password per person (in which I have 3 devices and I need to choose which device should I connect to the network 🥹) . I also noticed that the shower on our 2nd room is kinda dirty and there’s no bathroom lock.

Overall my family enjoyed their stay at Pan Resort. Checked in, in the afternoon, I booked executive suite and triple deluxe for 9 pax. Staffs were very courteous, friendly and accommodating, which is the most important that guests seek in a hotel and/or resorts. The Pan Resort staffs were very considerate as my family wasn't able to swim at night and requested to open the pool early the next day as they will checkout and leave after breakfast, and they allowed them to swim. That's awesome. Only thing why I only give 4-star rating is the slow response on Viber and emails and the bathroom doorknobs. Both rooms I booked had a broken doorknobs. It removes the privacy of someone in the bathroom even when you're with family. Hope they can fix this one as not everyone is ok with doors that can't be locked when you're inside the bathroom. If this will be fixed in the future, for sure will give 5-stars.

So I am back again at this hotel after two years (my second visit) this time with the whole family, there’s 2 kids and 3 adults. I love this hotel the staff are friendly and really accommodating. The only thing I can say is that it’s not as nice as two years ago (room wise) our room was rather falling apart, the bathroom especially. I think it’s the most used room as it’s a family suite. But I’ll definitely be back and will always recommend Pan Resort, hopefully there will be a shuttle available to travel to Balanga and Vista Mall on my next visit. I already booked it for my next stay in October, looking forward as always. P.S they also have breakfast included in your stay, and it’s quite decent. They don’t have fridge in their rooms but you’re more than welcome to ask them to keep your drinks cold downstairs on their cafe.

My mother in laws stayed here for 2 nights and 2 days, and experienced problem during their stay. 1. some of the staff are accommodating though there are some who are rude (we just ask if there is available water to refill our flask, instead of telling us that they don’t do that, a staff in front desk laugh and stare at us, giving us an insulting look as if we are a big joke), 2. We learn that hanging the Please Make up Room in the door knob doesn't make sense to them coz no one is attending the room to clean, better go to front desk and tell them you need the room to be clean. 3. A bit grayish towels and there are big holes in it (seriously a HOLEY TOWEL) Picture uploaded. So all in all, to be not recommended.

front desk manager, ms desiree, is the best asset of this hotel, very accommodating and most considerate person you'll ever meet at the resort. i forgot all other flaws of the hotel because of her exemplary service. over all, we had a nice staycation, i particularly like the clean, white, and nice smelling beddings and towels. best hotel in bataan with infinity pool. my kids love this place, will definitely recommend this to my friends.

The king size bed was so comfy! We didn't expect anything so much with this hotel but the service we experience is beyond expectation and we enjoyed our stay. The staff are nice and accommodating.

Breakfast has a Filipino and westerner choices.

The only downside i think is, u have to pay extra charges for the pillow and towel when u request for additional.
Breakfast is good, pool is awesome. Receptionist and supervisor handled my request. Accomodating staff.

This is the first time that we visited this hotel to relax. Upon arriving staff are not so friendly and accomodating. As a hotelier the arrival experience is the most important because they say "first impression last". Staff are not smiling! Though the room is comfy and clean.

The facade of this hotel/events place is nice; the breakfast is not buffet though. The ambiance gives you a Thai feel.
However, what turns me off are their hotel rooms, I just can't help but notice the penalty warnings posted all over! Smoking inside the room has a $$$ fine. Putting stains on the towel has a 500 room charge. I'm like wtf i know we get what we paid for, but come on you don't need to post all those fines everywhere, not all customers who check in are inconsiderate and will destroy your rooms. Even the main entrance door has a penalty sign that if you walked in with wet slippers you have to pay 2000 LoL!
The water on the 2nd floor is so weak! It took me 30 minutes to finish taking a bath instead of the usual 10minutes due to the weak water! Somebody pls check your water pressure.
