The room I stayed in was clean but bathroom smells moldy and really needs updating and fixing. Bathroom faucet is loose and the shower curtains have not been washed so water splashes have turned into molds. They only have 12 rooms (apparently, just to comply with government regulations to be able to have a Casino - there should be a hotel" The staff are very courteous. The Lobby (ground) is not kept smells like sweat!

Room Tip: Rooms near the huge windows are noisy especially at night because of the bar/karaoke in the area.

This hotel is located in a location where there is a supermarket, several eateries, a casino, a massage parlor and a drug store just outside. The room is okay but the toilet seat in my room came off the toilet. There was no soap dish in the shower, so, I had to put my soap on the floor while I showered. I asked for these to be repaired but I was told that it was the day off of the maintenance personnel. I hope they have made the repair now.

Room Tip: nice location. Only a few rooms. Room on one side noisier because of karaoke or disco.

We stayed for one night as we had an event very nearby and there are not many hotels located in the immediate area. Check in was very easy and the staff were nice.

However, once we arrived to our room we found that the sheets on both beds were very wet. We had to call for housekeeping to change all of the sheets. The room is ok in size. The building seems new, but not built to the highest standards. There are cracks in the walls and huge cracks on the wall tiles in the bathroom near the door.

My biggest complaint is the amenities offered. I understand that it is a budget hotel, but as it is still a hotel, I would expect full bed sheets and a blanket/comforter. They only provide a thin sheet on the bed. The position of the air conditioning unit is right over the beds, so it gets tricky to go between freezing cold and then turning off or very low and then it gets warm. We asked for a blanket from the front desk and the staff informed us that we would have to pay. We then asked for additional towels instead, and they informed us that we would have to pay for extra towels also. Both seem ridiculous even for a budget hotel. It is a hotel that is supposed to offer service to its clients, not charge for normal items, such as a blanket or an extra towel. It just leaves a bad impression to those staying at the hotel.

During our one night stay, the bathroom door locked itself twice. My wife and I didn't touch the lock on the bathroom door, but twice when we closed it, the door managed to lock. That meant yet another trip to the front desk for them to call housekeeping. That could be dangerous is a young child closes the door and gets locked inside.

There is no food available at the hotel, either through a restaurant or room service. If you need to eat, there is a Fooda (grocery store), McDonalds, and other restaurants within walking distance.

The staff are friendly. When we were being informed that we would be charged for a blanket or towel, they seemed to feel bad because they understood the situation. I blame the management/owners rather than the staff who are just doing as they are told.

There is free wifi available throughout the hotel.

Overall, I would not stay here again. I would prefer to drive back into the city to find a hotel that doesn't try to charge for every little thing. When booking a hotel, I would prefer to pay a little more up front rather than having to continue to open my wallet for what should be included in the room price.

I attempted to book a room in this place but every date that I indicated says "SOLD OUT". This establishment might already be closed so I suggest you remove it from your list. I also tried other booking websites and it is the same!

Nice new hotel near city attractions. Rooms are small but very clean and comfortable. Bathroom was very clean and the shower was good. Newer building for an older hotel price. Just stayed overnight to meet some friends and was very pleased with the room for the price. Just 1500 PHP for two.
