Great room for 2, lots of wardrobe space, basic amenities are provided, and surpasses all expectations. Friendly staff, basic breakfast and coffee is provided. Smooth check in and check out. Just perfect, thanks guys! Air conditioning - great value!

First of all, they are deceiving. Thye sya there's Wifi in all the rooms but when you get there only then will they tell you that the Wifi actually just works in the lobby area. The building is old and poorly-maintained. Entering our room felt like going into an actual throwback photo. The aircon in our room looked like an antique piece that should have been replaced decades ago. So was the shower and the TV. It was dusty and musty, it triggered allergies. The blanket was so thin it felt like copy paper. It doesn't help that the staff are not very friendly and unwilling to even add a little comfort to your stay.

The room is quite small but nice for those who don’t stay much in their hotel room; not good for staycation. Food, and service is nice. Parking is limited. And the restroom is quite untidy. Overall, the hotel has a lot to improve.

The rooms all neat and clean. With cable TV and own shower and toilet, hot showers. The staff are excellent . The Hotel very near to Green Hills Shopping Centre and the best part is how easy it is to get transport (bus, jeepney, taxi etc.) due to the location of the hotel. Would definitely visit again.

We booked a day before our overnight stay.the receptionist offered me the budget room,(i have no idea of their budget room.its the receptionist who offered me) at 1500 so i grab it.but when we arrived the next day.i was surprised to know that they don't have the budget room and costs us 1800.the room was so small.good for 2 only.water supply is poor,we can hardly sleep at night due to the noise of public vehicles.(the hotel is along busy road of san juan). My friend came unexpectedly and ask if he can stay.the receptionist infront immediately told us that they will charge us an extra bed at P620 pesos if my friend will stay for the night.so as computing our total expense.its P2420.and the room was so small for an extra bed so i ask how much is the room for 3 i am thinking of transfering to a good for 3 even if we need to add a little.unfortunately they don't have room for 3 (seemed like a motel headcount). Aircon is good at night but in the morning its was poor already.pawis na kami sa loob.free breakfast is 2 pcs of round thin hotdogs.thinner than a regular branded hotdog and 1 pc of sunny side up egg. Over all stay is not ok.we could have just added a little and availed of the lancaster 2800 promo.TV HAS NO CABLE..AND THE REGULAR PROGRAMMING IS SO BLURRY!. Disappointing!!...
