The Hotel is located in the 3rd floor of a building. The reception staff is very friendly and helps where ever they can. The rooms a nice and clean and maintained. I can recommend this Hotel without a doubt. The only negative point on my stay was the Restaurant, wich is connected to the Hotel. Several dishes are microwaved. The western dishes are far away from a high level. The Pizza is horrible. The breakfast is almost acceptable. Not acceptable is that guests can bring their dog to the restaurant and this dog is running around free. This hygienic standard is not acceptable. The management must notice this and should take action. A dog in a restaurant is a no go.

Dear Mr. Steffens, Thank you so much for taking the time to share your positive feedback along with constructive ones which we sincerely welcome and appreciate. All of us are delighted to know that we were able to provide a comfortable and pleasant stay during your visit here at Bravo Tanauan Hotel. We are also extremely sorry to know that we have failed to meet your expectations on our food and the experiences you encountered at the restaurant. We have already informed our restaurant team regarding your feedback. Rest assured, we have all been taking these very seriously so that we may learn, grow and improve. First and foremost, we would like to apologize in regards to our Western dishes. Victorina's is a Filipino restaurant that focuses and highlights filipino dishes. We make an exception by adding some meals into the menu that caters to our foreign guests with food that they are more familiar with, at the same time, still trying to stay on brand which makes our western dishes still have a touch of Filipino. Furthermore, we extremely apologize for having a dog roam in the restaurant. The dog, Pepper, is the CEO's wife's Shih Tzu rescue that she takes with her at times whenever she visits and is the only dog that has ever been inside. She also sends her sincerest apologies and promises to keep her out of the restaurant. She also wants to send her reassurances that Pepper is well tempered and potty trained with complete and up to date vaccinations and she makes sure that she is always well groomed. We will now make sure to be more aware of every guest's needs. Again, we would like to sincerely apologize. In light of this, we would also like to give reassurance that we make sure that the facilities in the restaurant are intensely sanitized daily especially with the current situation since the health and well being of both guests and employees are our top priority. Our sanitation standards includes having a top of the line air purifier that is running the whole day which removes contaminants from the air to improve the air quality. We also have UV lamps that are turned on every night which kills germs, viruses and bacteria. Taking all these into consideration, we are extremely grateful for your feedback. We are always finding ways and opportunities to improve and grow to make sure that our guests' experiences are of standard and meets their expectations and we welcome any comments and suggestions with open arms. The place was amazing. It smelled nice everywhere. The room and bathroom is really relaxing. Their staffs are very nice as well. If you're looking for a place to relax or to take a break then I recommend this hotel.

We visited Bravo for a business meeting and stayed their overnight for planning. The beds are so comfy and the rooms are so clean. The food are delectable. They just need to improve on their meeting rooms to make it more aesthetic for the guest. Also, the set-up in the meeting rooms needs to be improve.
