We stayed at N12 Beach House and it was a very nice experience. The pool and the beach is just a minute walk away. The beach is not crowded so it feels like you have private resort. There is a local supermarket just 5mins drive which compensate the lack of Woolies or Coles. For the house, all bedrooms have bathrooms, kitchen is well equipped with microwave, oven and dishwasher. There is a washing machine and dryer in our house. We loved the balcony overlooking the pool. 3 cars can fit the carpark. The downfall is the smell of the toilet in the first level bedroom. If only the management can fix it then it will be rated better by guests. Aside from that, everything is superb.

We booked this place with our friends through another company offering a deal. We stayed midweek for 4 nights and we wished it was longer. For the price we paid I wasnt disappointed. I loved that it was tucked away, two pools and right on the beach. Could hear the waves crashing all day and all night. Stayed in a 1 bedroom villa (which can be made into a two bedroom at a higher rate). It had everything you needed. Air con, bath, dishwasher, washer, dryer, tv and bbq. It was really nice. A few negatives were bad wifi, a few things could been upgraded in the room. The dishwasher handle was broken and our friends dishwasher didn’t even clean properly. Hard to get anyone at reception to pay for the bill or ask questions. But for the price we paid it was great! We loved just relaxing and swimming and being so close to the beach. Will stay here again if that deal comes up again.

We paid top dollar to stay for two nights over Australia Day. Whilst there I had to do some volunteer work for a community organisation so after a quick swim (in what is basically a wading pool) I tried to connect to the wifi. It didn’t work so I phoned the help number provided which was disconnected. I phoned reception- no answer. The next morning I visited reception and told them if the issue and we then went out and enjoyed a day out. When we returned I tried the wifi and still not able to connect. I rang reception and Matt told us he’d fixed it and it worked outside our place. I pointed out that it still didn’t work in our place at which point he was very rude, suggested we should use our own data, what did we want wifi for anyway and how I was the first person to complain and that maybe I should buy the business and run it. At that point his phone cut out. He later sent a text message offering a refund, while at the same time trying to blame the lack of connectivity on the NBN. He suggested we find somewhere else for our next holiday. We will. I suggest you do the same. PS despite providing our bank details as requested no refund has been forthcoming.

What a gem of place to stay if you’re single (or families). This place is hidden away from the bustle and hustle of city life and away from the main highway. So peaceful and quiet. But being right on the beach with its own access and with all the facilities available, including the two pools, there was always something to do.

We started contacting Serenity Diamond Beach on the 4th September. Looking for 5-6 Villas ($8500-$10,000 booking) First phone conversation with Matt seemed positive, an email with our totally organised itinerary and room configuration along with a request for a price and how to pay a deposit as we wanted to book immediately!! This was a celebration for our Mothers 70th Birthday in off peak season.. Since then I have emailed over 6 times, called a few and my sister in law has done the same.. NO ANSWERS!! Today I went onto Facebook to see if they were actually trading and wrote a reply on a comment made by another guest who seemed to have a similar issue.. Next minute both our comments were deleted and I can no longer comment or review their page.. Obviously I’ve been blocked.. Good luck if they respond to you. We just wanted to book our family holiday, seemed like a beautiful place.. To this investors good luck with your financial investment if this is how the managers manage it!! I would believe any accommodation place would jump over themselves to take an out of season $10,000 booking!! Sad to say we won’t be staying here!!!
