We needed a room near the Trieste Airport. We took a chance on this one and we were very pleased. Elisa was truly wonderful. We decided to eat there in the evening and we were thrilled with the meal and service. Elisa's elderly mother did the cooking. Wow! It was a fantastic meal! Elisa explained the regional specialties to us. Our dishes were great and she also introduced us to a local liqueur. The room was nice and newly remodeled. You can't be this location if you're using the Trieste Airport. Elisa is very helpful and speaks wonderful English. I will be back again in a few weeks to stay there again. I look forward to my visit.

l'hotel alla crociera ha le dimensioni di una pensione più che un hotel. la reception è collocata in un piccolo ambiente antistante le scale che conducono alle stanze no ascensore non esistono spazi comuni. l'ambiente del bar è un po' datato come pure la zona pranzo. Ma a rendere il soggiorno piacevole è la cortesia della proprietaria, disponibilissima e cortesissima. le stanze -8 in tutto- sono state di recente rifatte e presentano uno stile minimalista e moderno ma confortevole. ciliegina sulla torta è una terrazza a disposizione degli ospiti. la cucina presenta un menù turistico ma molto appetitoso e le torte a colazione sono fatte in casa. l'atmosfera è familiare e mette a proprio agio . da considerare il fatto che si trova a due km dall'areoporto di Trieste e a soli 20 minuti da Aquileia e Grado sicuramente ottima base di partenza per visitare quella parte del Friuli. la classificazione "una stella" decisamente non rende giustizia alla struttura.…
