Seda BGC hotel garners commendation for its impeccable cleanliness and the warm, welcoming atmosphere that guests enjoy. The hotel's prime location in BGC is a highlight, offering easy access to shopping and cultural sites. While some guests find the rooms comfortable and praise the amenities, including a well-regarded rooftop bar and pool, others have raised concerns about noise and the dated aspect of the decor. Service at the hotel is often noted for its friendliness and professionalism, although opinions on value for money do show some divergence.

Very good team who knows what customer service truly meant! They defined it very well through customer experience from fluffy pillows, clean rooms, staff wearing genuine smile and most of all HONEST team who knows how to secure valuables. Hat's off to SEDA BDC!

My second stay at this hotel, maybe my second review too.
Everything great, indeed. Good clean rooms, excellent housekeeping, service, eggs at breakfast are much fresher than last time, and particularly check out procedures are perhaps 5x faster than they were. My heartily praise to Roy, at reception, for using common sense and expedience. I could only suggest more fresh fruit juices for the breakfast buffet, not only bottled mango and apple juice.

Aside from the location, and assistance of the luggage porters this hotel isn’t worth the 4 star rating or the price tag. Rude unhelpful front desk staff. Had 3 seperate couples in our group and all on the same night all of our seperate room keys didn’t work, when talking to front staff about it we were told that we must have kept our key cards next to our phone or something, not even a simple apology.
If you have been told the breakfast buffet is good then please limit your expectations, especially if attending on a weekend, overfilled sitting area of customers with little to no food actually available, and the food available is a tasteless attempt at what it should be.

The only reason I’m giving this hotel a 2 star rating and not 1 is the rooftop bar served tasty drinks and the location of the hotel itself

Fsntastic location in the heart of the city. Staffs are very friendly but room maintenance can be improved especially the toilet. Service level is also inconsistent, e.g. the staff will still take my towel for wash although i had hanged them up according to the green recommendations to save water and clean towels excessively, room was not made up on the 2nd day. Bed and pillows are very comfortable for a good night rest. Our meeting was held within the meeting room and if I can decide on the meeting room location again, I would have selected another hotel or meeting spaces. Sound proofing is a problem where we can hear the other room's activities. Not too sure if it is common but we can hear loud music playing from outside of the hotel also. Meals are deliciously cooked, but the serving if lunches and snacks are very slow although reminders and chasers are sent on multiple times. This is a definite point for major improvement.

General cleaning to all of the rooms . The rooms are very dirty and smells bad. Tables are dusty. Kitchen water need to replace. The water trash bins are stinks and dirt . Need to dig underneath and clean thoroughly. The bathroom floors are also very dirt there’s a mounds on each corners. Living room such as couch and living floor needs to be clean as well . The green chair on the dining table need to brush with soapy water . The floor in the bathroom and kitchen needs soapy water with antibacterial cleaning stuff.

I recently enjoyed a staycation and overall had a wonderful experience. The room was incredibly comfortable, with a bed that felt like sleeping on a cloud. The bathroom was spacious and well-appointed, providing everything I needed for a relaxing stay. However, one aspect that could use improvement is the cleanliness of the floor, which seemed to need a more thorough cleaning. Despite that, the breakfast buffet truly stands out—it’s easily one of the best in the country, with an impressive selection of dishes and fresh options that made each morning a treat. I would definitely return and recommend it with just a minor note on floor maintenance.

They really meant it when they said they will go the extra mile to keep us comfortable during our stay. We had an amazing time at Seda BGC. From the moment we arrived, it was clear that the staff pays great attention to every detail, and we truly appreciated how they thoughtfully addressed our requests.

Checking in was effortless. Our room had all the essential amenities, and it was impeccably clean, smelled good, and well-maintained. The lounge offered a delightful selection of food, and while the variety was not that many, the flavors more than made up for it. We particularly enjoyed the Filipino delicacies, which tasted wonderfully authentic, and all the pastries. The food and coffee were absolutely delicious!

In no particular order, special thanks to the following individuals who made our stay at Seda BGC delightful: Mr. Edgardo Silvestre, Jr., Aira, Rea, Nathan, Chef Jonathan, Kyle, Gladys, and Julia.

Perfect location close to many shopping malls and eateries. It is within walking distance to my company head office.

I requested for early check-in due to my early arrival and late check-out at 1pm. On both occasions, my requests were answered.

Breakfast was good but as I was staying there for close to a week, there could be more spread or variety of the food items on offer.

On accomodations, the sound proofing of the room could be improved. TV and water sound from the toilet/shower could be heard. There was some stench in the toilet, seemingly from the 'common' sewer or ventilation system?

On the deposit of 10k peso by credit card, it should just be on hold (meaning it should not appear on my credit card payment) instead of 'charging' it before reverting the amount after the end of stay which may take days

I stayed at Seda BGC just before the holidays in an executive suite with club access. It had enough room for my family with kids on the couch. There was a spacious closet and large bedroom and bathroom.

Club access was great and provided a less crowded breakfast buffet option, snacks and drinks at tea time, and a happy hour. The club was just below the rooftop restaurant and still provided great views. The staff at the club and lobby were fantastic - attentive and personable. Breakfast buffet downstairs and in the club had many options from the omelette station, noodle bar, and baked goods/ breads along with many Filipino dishes and other breakfast options.

We used laundry service which was prompt and well done. And rooms were cleaned daily.

I also loved the location near many shops and restaurants. I would stay here again!
