The cleanliness was an issue for me. The office chair included in the room was obviously not cleaned as there was accumulated dust and dirt on the back rest. The tongs that came with the ice bucket had some food particles which shows that the hotel does not wash their utensils well. I felt that the hotel lacked sanitation practices. The bed stand/support was improperly placed that we had to fix it ourselves for fear that the bed would topple on its side. There was no visible security on the ground too. Overall, the hotel needs to improve.

Cleanliness of the rooms need to be improve, not at all value for money, as it is expensive considering the space is small and dirty. (But the straight up bar are amazing specially the staff 10 put 10 for them! )

we have a photoshoot around high street and we wasnt able to book a room (we totally forgot). at around 8 am i walked in and was approched by the lovely ms chai (forgot her last name). asked (and probably begged her) if she could help me. she gladly assisted and provided us with a room (though we will be staying only for the duration of the shoot). and viola, problem solved. really appreciated the help. keep it up guys. i would also like to commend the hk team for fantastic room (very clean) and for attending to our request promptly. fantastic job guys.

I have yet to received my refund from charging me twice. It’s been 2 months! They keep on telling me they are already expediting it but I have yet to received any cancellation certificate from them as a proof that they already cancelled the payment. Hotel is located next to Bonifacio High Street, and with easy access to Market Market and SM Aura. This was important to us as we walked to our destinations. Hotel staff provided excellent service and we enjoyed healthy breakfast offerings at their restaurant.

Our family staycation was indeed a breather. Seda helped us more relaxed with the hotel amenities, especially travelling with young kids. We were booked in a studio apartment and everything made very convenient - to the breakfast, pool, and shopping areas within walking distance to the mall. We would definitely come back and stay with Seda soon.

Seda BGC is definitely worth every penny! Location is perfect, as it's within few minutes walking distance to High Street and Market Market. We were definitely spoiled for choices in terms of food and places to visit within BGC. The breakfast buffet is just unbelievable. You can just imagine how pleasantly surprised we were to see danggit (dried fish delicacy from Cebu) being served in the breakfast buffet among the other international options, as well as local favourites like Adobo. It has everything we want and more. The rooms are immaculate and the service we received from the staff is just simply the best. Special thanks to Rod from security who helped us with our issue with our car rental. The entire team really did go above and beyond in terms of service.
