This was one of the best hotel experiences we’ve had in the Metro even when compared to 5-star hotels. The staffs were really welcoming, nice and accommodating. They gave us a corner room which was pretty big. The bed was comfortable and I didn’t have any trouble sleeping soundly. The breakfast buffet was also one of the more satisfying ones we’ve had. The breakfast setup was easy to navigate around and the dining area was very well lit, which provided a great dining experience for us. The hotel is also right in front of a mall which was very convenient. They also set up a birthday surprise for me in our room which was awesome.
Don’t let the other 3-star review here prevent you from booking. When visiting other countries, it is always your responsibility to research about it. Best to set your expectations as well if you’re a vegetarian because the hotel is not going to change up their whole menu just to cater to you. If you ask them well and nicely, they might be able to provide you with vegetarian options for the food.

I wanted to take a moment to express my sincere appreciation for the outstanding service provided by your team during our recent stay. We would like to thank you the Housekeeping team; the cleanliness and attention to detail in our room were truly remarkable, thanks to the dedicated efforts of your Housekeeping staff. They made sure that every aspect of my accommodation was perfect, allowing me to relax and enjoy my time at the hotel without any worries. Also, the Front Office staff went above and beyond to ensure a smooth and welcoming check-in process. Their professionalism, efficiency, and friendly demeanor made us feel valued as a guest. The hotel is located in the heart of BGC. Next to an SM mall and it has an onsite 7-11. It is a small, boutique business hotel. The staff are nice, friendly and accommodating. The rooms are small and bathroom is decent. I had written to the hotel a month before during reservation that it is our 26th wedding nniversary, prefer a poll facing or an open view room, but we were given a blocked view room with no view. No appreciation or gesture of any kind for our celebrations. We had requested we are pure vegetarian family and special dietary meal but agin the hotel did t care and at breakfast there was very limited choice for vegetarian. The hotel simply does not care about its guests. This is evident that despite my writing to the hotel and not receiving any response from them, gave me an idea the kind of hotel experience we were going to have a a family. The hotel is not worth the price and especially not worth the breakfast either. The hotel simply does not care bout its guest and their needs. The hotel was empty as we arrived on Holy Week when the e tire country is closed and the malls were closed and the hotel did nothing to make our lives easier, nor informed us during booking that it is a Holy week and everything will be closed in Philippines. This was u fair on their part as even for food the breakfast was not well taken care of our dietary needs. Overall, I will not recommend any family to stay here. I follow a YouTuber and he highly recommended this hotel and I have stopped following this YouTuber and unsubscribed him also as this is so unfair to families like us to believe YouTubers and then relive the hotel is not what was shown in the videos. The beds are very uncomfortable, and probably the most uncomfortable beds we have ever slept in a hotel in our lives. The hotel has a lot to catch up on in terms of improvement in all these areas. Very sad to see they don’t care about their guests and they are running a hotel in Metro Manila. One has many hotel choices in GBC so avoid this hotel if you can as it’s not worth the price.

Excellent service and had a very comfortable stay. Location is very accessible considering the holiday traffic so you can go anywhere on foot. Housekeeping team was very prompt and accommodation with our in-room request. They even surprised us with yummy pastries in the afternoon. Check in/out was very swift and Arnold was very helpful. Overall, we would definitely come back again

Location - perfect for a shopping/food/spa trip since SM Aura is located across the hotel. A few minutes drive away from all the city amenities BGC has to offer. Facility - new and well-maintained. Designed with natural elements in perfect harmony with modern convenience. Staff - front desk/bar and coffee staff/ even the hotel gardener - they were all friendly. Pleasing. Greeted guests with a smile and ready to offer their assistance. Food - breakfast was delicious. Eggs anyway you want, Filipino breakfast staples, Japanese Okonomiyake, intercontinental, fresh fruits, Filipino desserts cutely prepared and presented. The lobby has cool water and drinks (like iced tea or cucumber juice) and even popcorn for guests. Extra details you can’t find even in places rated 5 stars, but you can certainly find at the Brittany.

Liked the hotel just upon entering. Booked a promotional one bedroom suite. First things first , it is convenient in many aspects. Location has it just across SM Aura Mall and within the hotel premises is a 7-11 store. The suite has many luxurious amenities. A Nespresso coffee maker , a complimentary welcome mini bar items. A 6 way shower sprout it seems. Amenities included a bar , gym and swimming pool . 2 huge smart Tv that is hard to operate. Breakfast was delightful to say the least. It was buffet with a cozy dining atmosphere. While I noticed the welcome drinks. Can’t help seeing a YouTube hotel experience by an influencer I supposed , who not only get a suite upgrade , but gets to receive 2 welcome amenities on separate occasion and even a handwritten note by the rooms manager. While I didn’t receive any. Annoying to witness favoritism at different levels .

Staff were all cheerful and very professional specially Wynald and Floyd! Hallways are really fragrant. I asked for the name of the plants displayed in the building and they really made their way to find out and text me the names! I requested to use the private room In the Origine Restaurant during our breakfast buffet and they gladly allowed us. They are one stride away from the SM Aura so we were able to shop so many things!
It was a relaxing getaway!

We were are welcomed with a smile by the Team of Donna and Jacque. The place is clean, well decorated, clean rooms, complete amenities for your room. We only stayed for a night to get into our early connecting flight back home. This hotel is right smack across SM Aura Mall. Which is perfect as you just cross the street if you need to eat and go shopping.
Our flight is 5am, the team made sure we are able to get taxi to get to the airport at 2:30am
Will definitely come back and stay here. I highly recommend.

Location is very nice to a very nice mall, SM Aura. Food was very good and the staff are the best. Just needs cleaning up of their carpets in my room and in the corridors, the pool has spectacular view. Overall my birthday stay was great, the front desks staff, the chef and waiters during the breakfast buffet made me feel special!
