Everyone in the hotel, especially the room attendants/housekeeping section were very accommodating, prompt in answering our needs and requests, timely in responding and always available. Very near to Globe Telecom which was a great convenience . The housekeeping staff were very friendly and helpful and cleaned the room the way I liked , they were also non intrusive.

We were all stuck inside BGC due to lockdown. Our company provided accomodation so we can still go to work. At first I was paired with somebody I don't know so I decided to wait for one of my workmates so we can get the same room. From double bed to kingsize inside a suite :)
Housekeeping people are superb though it kinda gets annoying as they kept going back to do clean up even though you advised them that it will just be requested. We work until 11PM so tecnically we are still snoring early morning time.
Breakfast is something they need to work on. They kept giving us scrambled egg with no taste. They should have stayed with rice meals as it was way better. Though they have informed us that they have limited stocks prior to check in. They also advised that it would be provided from 6AM onwards but they start delivering it as early as 5AM.
Wifi keeps on breaking as well. Videos do load up but gets stuck afterwards. Called in bout it and was given a new password. It did resolve it somehow but got the same issue after a couole of hours.
Kuddos to Rowel and Gilbert from HK :) Thanks for the prompt response to our requests.

I really want to highlight this experience as I did not expect it from this kind of hotel. I do appreciate the service they have provided to us. However, I think it's not right that one of your room attendant is asking us to give him a good review, in return, he will provide anything that we request "JUST FOR THAT DAY ONLY ". There is actually no problem in giving a good review as long as they are consistent in giving good service and experience whilst staying in F1. It's very disappointing that this experience was like "phishing a good review". As far as I know the purpose of writing a review is for us to express our real experience not because your staff requested us to do so
We were also informed that they had limited staff due to covid-19 that is why they are unable to clean the room everyday. This is very understandable as we are aware about the current situation but please make sure that you guys will clean it thoroughly if you have chance to clean it. Changing the bed sheet, pillow case and towels are not enough. You should have also sanitized the floor and wipe out the dirt on the table and floor. They were also not giving the bottled water regularly unless we request it. The toilet is getting yelllowish as no one is cleaning it. The floor is full of dirt as they are not wiping it out. If I just have my own broom I will be the one who will clean it as it seems they are not interested to clean it.

I have to say that there is no way this is a 4* hotel let alone 5.
The room was dark gloomy and smelling of damp. They had left the AC on freezing to try and remove the odour.
The layout of the hotel is absurd with the concierge on the ground-floor and the check-in desks on the 5th.. Why?
Breakfast was bland, the tea was atrocious, very watery didn't attempt the coffee.
I am a smoker and I know they are prohibited from smoking on the street. Instead you are invited to a prison like corner of the 3rd floor terrace. Heaven knows thats hard to find, having once to exit and go down emergency stairs.
Ridiculously you have to use your hotel room card to access the smoking room. Do they actually think people are going to come off the street and go up 3 floors for a smoke. Come on!!!
And then they decided to close it at 9pm again ridiculous. In protest I just stood outside the entrance by a drain having a smoke.
This hotel needs to up it's game for the price the Shangri LA and IM hotel are light years in advance. Orange and brown walls are are not a good look when your room overlooks a multi storey car park, day was like night in the room.
If they are A1 this is very aptlyl named F1.
The pool was dirty and the lap pool closed.

We stayed for our wedding preparations. Considering that this is one of the more affordable options within the area, they are at par in terms of the hospitality with other high end hotels. The premier service was excellent. The staff were polite and very helpful. The food in the premier lounge was very good especially their cakes. The room was a bit old but it was nice. Too bad the pool was unavailable during our stay.
Also, they let us use some parts the hotel for our photoshoot which is so nice of them.
What really stood out for us is the assistance they provide whenever we are in the lounge area. They always check on us if we need anything in a good way, without being annoying. Looking forward to our next stay.

DISCLAIMER: My stay happened in 2018 which isn't an option anymore and I made this review on Google previously.
If you're ever in BGC, I highly recommend staying here. This is one of the better places in BGC in terms of pricing, location and overall satisfaction staying at a hotel.
The location is right in the heart of BGC but one of the issues I had previously was it was quite difficult to find. A bigger sign it needs maybe but overall it didn't bother me maybe Google maps was just funky. The sign was quite small.
The customer service was fantastic here and I enjoyed every interaction with the staff.
The room itself is one of my favourites. I think they have the best standard rooms in all of Manila. It is quite the hot take but I can honestly say the rooms were fantastic, the design and the feel of each room felt luxurious even for a standard.
Finally, the breakfast spread was something I admired the most. It had an amazing spread with noodles as well!! I loved it! Absolutely delicious.

Located within BGC and few steps away from St. Luke’s hospital, it’s also a stroll away from BGC’s office buildings, shopping, and dining areas. At least for me and my friends, BGC is a walkable business district. So we walked from the hotel to other places in BGC, such as Uptown Bonifacio, Grand Hyatt, Market Market, and SM Aura, which are all about 10 to 12 minutes walk from the hotel. Bonifacio High Street is much closer. When going to different places within BGC, walking is a better alternative to riding a taxi or a car, which might get you stuck in traffic jam.
The staff at the hotel were all friendly and helpful. The front desk helped us book a taxi. It was raining hard and the hotel ran out of umbrellas, so we had to take a taxi even if our destination was the St Luke’s Hospital which is diagonally across the hotel.
I recommend having a ready portable umbrella especially if you’re a business traveler.
There were two pools, and one of the pools is large enough that I and my friends could play and have a swimming race.
The room was spacious but the drawback is that the water from the shower room leak into the floor of the toilet, which made it wet and not so comfortable to use.
It also had a gym which can be used for free, for doing weights, dumbbells, and treadmill. There’s also which you can avail at their massage space or you can have it in your room.
So far so good. Another drawback is that the exterior of the building lacked cleaning, because some parts of it are covered in greyish or blackish stains probably due to the exhausts from vehicles, and the view is hampered by the dust or soot on the window exterior.

Overnight stay here at f1. The staffs are friendly, and the room is super nice. It's quite spacious, can accommodate big luggage. Had a massage at the spa, they are actually offering one kind of massage. The masseuse was very good, and the price of the massage is reasonable. The breakfast is great, had good choices. I just had an issue during check out because the lady at the front desk said that they needed to do room check. So i waited for more than 15 minutes, and i noticed that those who checked out after me was already done. So i asked her again if the room check is not yet done, and apparently it was and she just forgot to tell me. This is a no-no since in my case i was in a hurry because i have appointment in QC. Hope the hotel management address this and must not happen again to other guests.

F1 Hotel is a good place to stay. They have very friendly staffs which assisted us in our little requests. They also have good covid handling practices, I noticed that all public areas at the property are often cleaned. Room was clean also and disinfected, we don't worry much about our stay in this time of pandemic. We will surely stay here in the future time.
