Great oasis in Manila for a stopover or business. Great views from the upper floors and a strong recommendation to take a club floor junior suite or suite (corner rooms with fabulous views and the club floor avoids having to use the large breakfast restaurant downstairs, which can be really busy given how big the hotel is).

Very Luxury hotel and location is the best , all resturants , shops nearby including a large famous mall called uptown mall. The staff all very kind and welcoming from the security enterance, bell boys and the reception I felt like a family staying in the hotel with really all smiles everyday. Rooms are so clean and well furnished and house keeping top standard. Lobby set is very spacious and nice decorations..I Thanks all the reception staff for their kindness and hospitality especially Mr Sai and the two Mr Matt. High floor The peak which has a resturant with nice view and entertainment I highly recommend too. The gym and pool was excellent I must thank Mrs Bev and Mr Orlando there for the all their nice welcoming and help in everything and Mr Francis in the pool. It was a really awesome stay and would recommend to anyone to stay in this hotel…

Location is nearby to shopping malls and is very safe to walk around in BGC area at night. It's only 10 mins walk to Bonifacio High Street where you can find many restaurants and is a fantastic place for shopping.

Highly recommended! Excellent staff, service and Hotel is very nice and cozy, and well maintained. Would stay again in the future visits. The location puts you near shops and malls also accessible to airport. Easy check in check out. Very delicious food. Hotel has a variety of restaurants and amenities. Great pool and gym!

Room: The room was very spacious and clean. You might notice that they have changed the shampoo, conditioner, and body wash are now refillable and attached to the wall to save costs and shift to a more eco-friendly alternative. Food: This year, we ate at No.8 China House instead of The Cellar. We were initially placed in a ballroom area, but we requested to move inside the restaurant. The food was excellent and the server was very attentive to our needs. He was very informative about wine pairings and food recommendations as well. Service: I am happy to see some of the staff have returned since the pandemic. I met one of the old bellboys at the elevator and he commented that management really took a lot of employees back after the pandemic which I really appreciate. Concierge, waiters, and bellboys are all very polite to us and take very good care of us!…

Room was great. Pool was nice and warm vs the cold pool of Shangri-La BGC. Club level room was worth the value. Breakfast at the club level can be improved. Coffee machines were a very nice touch. Children’s pool drain needed some maintenance.

This is now my third trip to the Grand Hyatt Manila this year. I absolutely love the hotel. The housekeeping staff does a phenomenal job each day. I feel at home every time I stay. Went to Illume Spa with the Family. We weren’t told by reservations that the male side of the jacuzzi and Sauna would be closed. It was such a disappointment cause it was gonna be for our Mother’s Day celebration. The lady in the front desk was totally helpless, all she was doing was reiterating the facts. Thankfully supervisor named Ms Anne came and overhead. She immediately gave a solution, that was so simple but also perfect solution for us. She made our evening perfect again and for that I’m very thankful! Our whole family enjoyed it very much! I really hope that Hyatt will be able to nurture and care for people like Ms Anne. People like her is what truly makes the 5 star experience possible.
