Big spacious Room, Great Place right at the Front of Arenal Volcano. The Hotel offer as well a nice Jungle Trail ideal for little morning/evening Jogging ! Staff were friendly. The only down side of this hotel, is that the Wifi is not working in the Room and you have to use the wifi from their Wifi room where you will enjoy the mosquitos bites in the evening... Aside this, definitely a place to stay if you want to be near the Volcano.

Worst hot springs ever. So much for nature the water is warm not hot and it smells like chlorine. So much nature! Worst experience!!!!! The place has poor lighting and it isn’t covid friendly. Your personal things must be left on the floor they don’t even have benches.

BEWARE!!!This hotel is a joke! Beware of their cancellation policy!! My family and I were suppose to stay there March 19-23. We couldn’t go because Costa Rica closed their border. They charged my card for $1980 and they will not refund the money! They messaged me and promised to refund the money in 6 tracks and I have NOT seen a cent. I keep messaging them with NO response! I have no idea why they think it is ok to take someone’s money when they didn’t not stay at the hotel. See their attached response admitting fault but are unwilling to complete the refund.

I am form Costa Rica and its very difficult to be impressed with a Hotel from your own country. This place is something else, it allows you to enjoy nature and be realxed at the same time. The spa was amazing! I relaly reocmmend the complete massage for couples. The price is perfect and the experience is better than expected. Special thanks to Karol and Fernanda for the massages and Valeria for being an amazing host.

My wife and I stayed 2 nights midweek and had a great time. The room (a standard small cottage style) was very comfortable, with rocking chairs facing the lovely plants and had a good view of Arenal in the distance. Lots of pillows and 2 excellant queen beds. Spacious at 500 and some sq feet. We really enjoyed our 2 dinners at the properties Acuarelas Restaurant, especially curried chicken and the chicken in honey sauce. The breakfasts were simple but adequate and included. We found the staff to be wonderful -friendly, helpful and attentive. We took advantage of the hot tub and sauna at the Spa and enjoyed that as well. We would recommend this place and hope to return. Tom V
